Hawaii watching the tropics. Fausto coming close next week. Here's the latest on tropicaltidbits.com.
Florida FDOT for the win. Love these signs. They always make me smile. Which is your favorite?
Hawaii watching the tropics. Next week action close from an approaching Fausto. Should be weakening as it does but still a Tropical Storm. www.spaghettimodels.com
The final track of Big Bertha. Definitely not typical. She bounced here... there... everywhere. Started offshore of Tampa. Went south. Then north. New Orleans was on her radar for sure and a stop on Bourbon Street. Houston is where she called it quits. See ya in six years when your name will be used again. That is 2032!
Looking at the weekend Florida. Sunday rain chances bumping up a bit for the east side. Even showing some on the flood potential outlook. www.spaghettimodels.com
07/24 Tropical Update: No tropics to update. CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
Florida summetime rains today with south Florida in the mix. Some expected coverage areas today. Storms here. Storms there. Storms not there. Not much movement when they do pop. Good for the everglades as drought there remains. www.spaghettimodels.com
Lingering front remains across eastern US today. Flooding potential again across a large area, especially eastern Carolinas. Totals expected on bottom. South Florida rains return also today. And Bertha... she is long gone. Texas dry. www.spaghettimodels.com
Thursday 07/23 Tropical Update: Bertha makes her 2nd landfall. Here's the latest. And what's cooking ahead... literally.
Yep! It's that hot outside.
Big Bertha fixing to make landfall. Or has she? Low level swirl visible by the TX/LA line. And her lower blob that has followed her this whole time is too. Crazy storm. See ya in six years.
What the heck. 40s and 50s for morning lows today up north. A taste of Fall? Christmas in July?
Newer long-range Tropics Outlook released from NOAA. No areas highlighted into August for the Atlantic. Environment staying hostile it appears. www.spaghettimodels.com
Rainfall the next few days (top). Couple areas to mention. Sloppy Bertha into Texas. And lingering front lingering along eastern US. Flood potential there again today, especially in red (bottom). www.spaghettimodels.com
Thursday AM NHC Key Messages on Bertha. No changes. Staying sloppy. Winds remain 45mph. www.spaghettimodels.com
Thanks LiveNOW from FOX for having me on tonight to discuss Bertha! Live from the Florida Welcome Center lol.
Wednesday 07/22 Tropical Update: The latest on Bertha. Made landfall today near New Orleans. Heading to Texas.
