#ctmonthinthelife Day 10: Inspiration I do get inspiration from nature, it is hard not to, but if I were to choose what gives me the most inspiration it would have to be the written word. Stories, fables, legends, poetry, I am constantly in awe of the imagination and creative spirit of people. The Little Mermaid and other old fairytales were the inspiration for my last pottery line. #ctmonthinthelife Day 9: You Today is about me, I guess m. Even though my birthday isn’t for another 2 weeks lol I am the artist, potter, author behind Stories N’ Stoneware. I started off as a preschool teacher who played with clay occasionally. But as clay so often does, and many of my potter friends can attest, it quickly took over 🤣 I’ve been creating in clay for 10+ years on and off and writing since I was old enough to write. They both have been a strong passion of mine so I figured why not put them together! I’ve owned Stories N’ Stoneware for a year( anniversary was in July).
