Human designs for wemmbu's maces!!

as i was drawing this i kinda realized that a "gambit" is a chess move where you sacrifice a pawn. it allows for more faster and more aggressive control of the board. and i think that strategy is way to similar to how wemmbu tries to solve almost every conflict with just fighting his opponent compared to someone like parrot or eggchan who try to talk their way out of it. also, how wemmbu also does not care for threats to himself, only ones to eggchan do. it's almost as if wemmbu is a pawn always trying to protect a king. or maybe even eggchan being the pawn, and wemmbu desperately trying to resist sacrificing him even though that's the only way he knows how to fight. something like that.

then in contrast, a crucible in chemistry is meant to isolate and heat substances to extreme temperatures in aim to purify them. figuratively it can also known to be a catalyst for change. such as refining people and forging them anew because of immense pressure. I believe this is parallel to how wemmbu has been repeatedly betrayed by numerous factions and people. leading to him barely trusting anyone. but now that other factions see eggchan only as a means to control him, he is only going to grow more isolated from everyone. in a way this process cruely "Purifies" him from other people's influence. even if he ends up alone.

wrote a short story on a whim

why do people walk along the path of life? leaves as cold as ashes with colors as stunning as the day's end coating the streets. asphalt textured like a black compressed sponge. kids running in the grass, screaming as they laugh. and i, a solitary force in the environment of warmth. "pathetic," i muster to my lips. though, perhaps i was too loud, "huh?" she turns, expecting me to repeat or explain what i said. i prefer the alternative. "nothing, just talking to myself," the lie leaves like silk but tears my throat like thorns. "oh okay."

she must know. she must be upset she must- no. its fine. dont assume anything unless you know for sure its true. the black asphalt transforms as we walk. white concrete slathering over it like acrylic paint over watercolor. we walk. we walk. we just walk. why? why must we walk? no. no its to follow her. do not question. cant you remember? oh, we're going to the store? how could i forget? how could you forget? i dont know. we dont know. "are you okay?" her voice cuts in like a sharpened knife. lie lie lie. i know. "yeah, im good. why?" i cant say 'im fine' thats too obvious. she would know. everyone would know. smile too dont forget to smile. "its just that youre more quiet than usual." i am? but that doesnt fit the personality she said i had. oh no- nono- "haha, i am? well i am kinda tired." i shrug. dont think. you have to sell the lie. so, right now it is true no matter what. "oh, okay." her voice seemed to echo through the street. or maybe thats just me. me. me... shut up. sorry. a kid zoomed by my hip laughing as another chased it. pathetic as it crashed and tripped on the ground. ruby pearls leaving it's knee as it gets up and keeps laughing. the kid that was chasing it doesnt bother to be concerned. further continuing to play. beside me, she didnt seem to notice. so, neither did i. after all, nothing is real unless someone said it so. and so, it doesnt matter. "you brought the shoping list right?"she turned to me. her eyes staring, expecting, and daring to look at us, me. what list? list of everything wrong with me? the shopiing list you idiot!! how could you forget that?? how could i forget that?? I check my pockets frantically. i have to find it. if i dont find it... no i cant even think fo that if. if its real, if- you check your pant pockets. if i dont have it- i check my jacket pocket... nothing. a moment of silence passes over us two. she stares at me. "you know what? its fine-" anger claws up my stomach and into my throat like a spider amalgamation trying to escape. "why didnt you remind me??" I yell? she flinches. the creature slips and falls and forms a pit in your gut. but i have to continue. i have to keep going. "if you just TOLD ME! than maybe i would have remembered to bring the DAMN list!" im disgusting disgusting disgusting- just focus on how itll play out. she'll get defensive and argue back, then just go with what she says. then pout and be done. "okay. sorry." i freeze. "what?" she blinks. "what?" why isnt she mad? "nevermind." i look away and cross my arms. its fine its FINE. so shes not following the script now?? thats okay we can do improv. ... "actually i think i took a photo of the list! so dont worry about it." the anger washes over me like a wave forcing me under. how dare she. HOW DARE SHE TRY AND FIX THIS. betrayal welled up inside you or me? someone. how dare she not be mad at us. how dare she. "oh! okay good!" huh? why does my voice sound like that? why does it... why... ... we walked to the store. we bought what we needed. we left. we walked home. i walked into my room. i sat on my bed. huh? what? huh? i open the cold metal of my phone. oh, its late. I'll go to bed.
