Iyvee chuckled nervously. «W-Well, thats sort of the issue…we’ve built it, but we cant get a hold of enough energon to power it that far…»

«Why’d you build it then?»

«Oh, it still works on-world, but it cant go very far outside of this planet’s atmosphere.» The femme sighed. «We keep finding more, but we can never keep enough at one time to fuel it for further travel.»

«That’s…that’s really cool. Kinda wish they’d thought of that back when we were on Cybertron- wait. You just keep on finding energon? Just, like. Lying around?!»

«Well, yeah. Theres deposits all over the planet. Apparently, thousands of years ago, Decepticons placed stores here and forgot about them. They grew, and now there are mines here!»

Miko like lyvee to. She seemed honestly nice. «Earth? I wish. Got a bit…lost…recently, but I’m finally about to get picked up again. Why are you on Earth? Is there a garrison down there or something?»

That would be awesome. Maybe if there was she could get her (and Jackpot and Breaker) transferred… 

«You mean you didnt know? There are a few different bases here. I’d bridge you here, but our bridge has been experiencing some issues lately. Wouldnt want you to get stuck in the shadow zone!»

From Chibi’s end of the line, there was only silence. The sheer magnitude of how utterly hilarious that was had managed to stun Miko, of all ‘bots, into keeping her mouth shut. 

It didn’t last long.

«BWAHAHAHA- THEY- I CAN’T- BWAHAHAHA!» It took a while, but she finally managed to somewhat calm herself down. «Did you tell them?!?!»

Big giggled, shaking her head as she replied.  :=Oh yes, my friend, the can.  I told them I knew what it was, yes, but I didn’t tell them what it was.  I have a base full of the country’s toughest fighters and most brilliant minds convinced that they’ve been examining a part from a ancient Cybertronian warship.  They think it’s a chemical weapons storage container or something, I don’t have the heart or spart to break their illusion.=:

The thing is, she was only half joking. Her hero-worship of you might have gone up a few pegs, Miko. Which begs the question- does it count as narcissism if you worship an alternate universe version of yourself?
