two things:

one, every night past midnight i get intrusive thoughts being like “you deserve to die” or “kill yourself”, most likely bc my antidepressants are wearing off, but its so common now that i simply just respond like “ok, thats cool, thanks for that” as my brain frustratedly tries to convince me i need to give precedence to these thoughts that pop up and i continue to not care

two:

ive been binging red vs blue for the past three days

combine these two things and my bad thoughts now take the voice of caboose, making my life incredibly more entertaining and thoughts incredibly less distressing
