hi guys !1!1!1! its been a bit
so october sucked ass.
good news is im starting the abc diet today and i absolutely refuse to go over my limits.
gonna try to be more active soon guys i promise
LIQUID DIET OCTOBER??? HMMMM.
gonna restart the abc diet on monday bc i just need a fresh start
if i eat under/to 250 cal, burn 900 cal on avg, and drink 4L water every day for the rest of this month i shluld lose like 25ish lbs
thats -.979 lbs per day, so i should be losing just under 7lbs a week
so since im 205 rn, i should be 198 on the 13th,
191~ on the 20th,
and 184~ on the 27th.
which will get me to 181~ by the end if the month,
totalling a 27lb difference bc i started the month at 208
every night i go to sleep hungry, i become closer and closer to waking up at my ugw
made this diet and im going to be following it for the next 31 days (starting today so that the last day is sept 30) so that i can do low res for the rest of the year afterwards with met weeks if needed
i'm both scared and excited to see how it goes bc if i dont lose weight im gonna fkn kms

omg its the first of september and ive lost 6 pounds since monday!! the weight is dropping off so fast!!
september really is my month! i havent binged even once and ive stayed under my limit every single day!!! ive even been able to shower every day and stick to my schedule!!!

i gained like 10lbs bc of a binge get me out
it’s as simple as not eating.
really, it is.
the only thing that is standing in front of you and finally being able to live your life in a body that you love is completely in your control… so act like it.
if you’re tired of living in a fat person’s body, then stop eating like a fat person.
go take a nap, go read, go scroll. you can do anything you want as long as your are not adding unnecessary calories and fat onto your body.
