Witch’s Heart: Beautiful Flower, Demon's Curse -Conclusion- is a continuation of Witch’s Heart -Bonus Stage-. It’s an adventure game by IZ (BLUE STAR Entertainment) made in RPG Maker 2000, story-focused, with some light action elements.
You should only play this if you’ve played or watched up to Witch’s Heart -Bonus Stage-. (If you've forgotten things, there's a summary included in the folder.)
By following the included instructions, you can transfer your save from the end of Bonus Stage or another conclusion to keep sidequest progress. You can also just start a new game, which will leave most side content uncompleted; however, you won't be at much of a disadvantage, and can still see almost all the new things.
