Veil

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. My last confession was two weeks ago. My sins are: I have betrayed the Lord with an unthinkable deed, I steered away from the teachings of the holy convent, I profaned my canonical oath written by the gospels. And I have done all of these because of someone I never knew.

I couldn’t forget the gloominess of the streets. I am going home from church when a strong hand forced me into submission. I felt drowsy, weak, helpless. I felt him inside of me. It was painful. It was inhumane. It was sinful. I couldn’t scream nor make a sound. I blacked out and the next thing I knew, My half-naked body was kissing the ground. I forced myself to stand and run for help. But... I couldn’t see anyone or anything.

Weeks later I found out that I am conceiving a sin... His sin. Inside this body that I vowed to the Lord. I don’t know what to do. Should I...

Man, in nature, either yearns to conform or to be part of something more. In so doing, he rather detaches himself from humanely tether and resonates separation. Hence, we live as if we're divided. We are actually one and the same. And it’s about time we begin to coexist, seemingly like a psalm sung in unison.
