Wanted to make a oc for @zal-cryptid misfits in toyland

Their name is Spence, a trans male who was sent to toyland in 2022.

He was sent there after a extended shift bled into night and then into morning he decided to drive home knowing he could fall asleep at the wheel, but he took the chance and crashed into a car injuring a family of four.

Hes a stuffed goat toy (formerly a sheep but clipped all the fuzz off except for the hair on his head in a mullet like style)

He's constantly tired always wanting a nap but never fully awake.

If he removes the pajamas he will become extremely fatigued

Itd be happy if they ever showed up in it ^^

i love how easily glowing dawn saw through kyo's BS and, once the initial shock of the fight was over, they figured out he was trying to protect them. by fighting and defeating them, he was 1. basically telling the government they weren't to blame for rose's cold heart 2. keeping them away from him and thus from souji 3. making sure souji doesn't know he cares about them so he doesn't try to cold heart them and take their digimon

this was on one of the Anne Rice writing method reblogs and its so good but i know people will take it the wrong way and i want to post it here to preserve and honor it. because theyre right, her writing IS mid. i really really enjoy her work but she is not particularly good at it. and i think that is the most important aspect of conceptualizing of yourself as a creative producer that is performing non-alienated work: how "good" it turns out to be has nothing to do with 1. how much of it you will sell 2. how much people will enjoy it 3. how MANY people will enjoy it and finally 4. the effort you put into making it. developing skill and taste are DIFFERENT tasks from the actual production. let this inspire you

Usually I roll my eyes when one villain is tied to all the bad stuff that happens to the characters But I keep being like "please tell me Genjo is behind this" whenever anything happens I just want him to make a move so badly

In Beatbreak setting, Digimon are born from e-Pulse, the emotions and you could say "soul" of their human partner, so they reflect aspects of their personality. This doesn't mean they're exactly the same as them, however.

In fact, the Digimon reflection in many cases seems completely different from the person It's very interesting to think about it, because it's often not as simple as the person just hiding their true personality and the Digimon reflecting that truth.

It can be just some aspects that are hidden and disliked, traits that existed in the past but disappeared with time, forgotten, or maybe attributes that currently exist strongly in the person but are reflected with a twist in the Digimon

Gekkomon reflects Tomoro's true feelings and all the traits he hated about himself. Through the series, he's learning to be more honest with himself thanks to Gekkomon... But not all cases are like his. Others are different. Every Digimon and human partner are different.

Embracing your inner or former self, learning to accept, love and forgive yourself, coexisting with that living reflection that also has its own life and evolving as a person that way... it's all very important.
