i notice that J seems to avoid combat a lot and just let's N and V do all the work. is it because she the weakest or just plain lazy?
She is the boss, why would she waste time or effort when she has more important things to do.
In reality, she does very little besides micro manage the other two, she manages far more at home and is getting more agitated out on this trip. The trip had been going on far longer than she would have liked, after all a bunch of humans should be enough for the two of them and yet they don't have a way in.
J has a few shortfalls, physically she is weaker than the other two but also the chemical usage only works so well as she has a limited supply before having to refill it with time.
She is under the logic that she shouldn't expend more energy than she needs to.

Doll's story part is going to be a bit of time, I wanted to wait but to hell with it.
Absolute Solver is still a program, a program that was made during the "digital revolution" so like sixty? years back in story worlds timeline. Meant to be a program that first started with glasses and brain waves to interface with programs before quickly being nanites that basically fused with the brain. You know typical scifi magic.
Not anyone could use this to its full use however, its one thing to be able to look through your chatlogs and think of making a phone call, Solver was made with the ability in mind to use nanites to craft something with your mind. With the need to be trained on it and be able to think in a different dimension. You basically became better in some people's eyes to normal humans.
Its like having a 3d printer at a thought, as long as you have the materials for it or nanites to be able to craft it for you. Or just nanites in general to control.
Technology can be manipulated without you having to be at it, a computer in your brain that lets you do a lot if the world was still as interconnected as it was. So that part is rather useless for now.
Cyn is still very much linked with Absolute Solver. And any solver user in the show has these nanites that have infected them, plus some extras that I thought would be fun.
There are several tiers of Solver users. So a large scale in abilities that they can do.
Like a low tier would be, good memory for technical fields and recounting information the user has deemed important.
Medium, interfacing with technology whether inside brain programs or outside machinery.
Healing is later mid-tier and a sort of indicator that the nanites inside a users body is not just kept in the brain. For good or bad.
High tier would have the nanite control far from yourself and crafting, tho the crafting highly complicated things is very top shelf.
No teleporting or blackholes tho, nothing really weird magic-like for abilities.
what will the solver look like in your story. is it similar to how it look's in the show?
Nah, this story is meant to be leaning more on scifi elements, tho some things are going to seem like magic.
Solvers not close to the show, like no 3d program symbols or code in the air. With it controlling internal powers like healing, plus external powers that require something specific to be used like magic.
It ties to the past, technology that from then but like show solver people can be infected with it. With very dangerous results.
Yes not the most interesting thing but I got to think about how people actually live underground in a colony.

how does the colony economy work with thing's like cafe's and other shop's?
Hmm good question, some sort of money system. I can see there being physical money. But I never thought of the colony having any sort of high class, the best thing would be popularity like Khan I suppose.
Like food has to be freely available, things like meat would be something that is highly wanted but not common to have often. Would say food places have to be run with the people in mind and linked to production.
Clothing would be one of the only ways people in the colony would be able to be individuals With base clothing would be made for anyone to get. Would say you would need to trade something for any nicer or fun clothing, or you make it yourself.
Considering the colony doesn't trade outside of itself the cycle of "money" is important for everyone.
But inside trading also makes a lot of sense, crafts being important. But I almost think that every person has some skill in crafts, like fixing clothing and general house care.
Not actually sure how it would all work, I barely understand how most economies work. I would say yeah, it just works and not go too far into it.
how big are you planning on making the colony population cause trading without anyone outside the colony will make having a really big population will make zero sense
Hmm I never had a number properly in mind, they are a bit jammed but building so they still have to be growing in some way. I can't imagine being a city population tho, but enough to not worry about population inbreeding. Tho they have taken a few people from outside before like the people linked to Uzi's class.
So more than in show but not something crazy.
They had traded in the past, but that has teetered off in time, due to disconnection with other colonies or not having means to trade, they don't have any pack animals like other places that have farming outside. The colony would have relied on other traders coming to them instead of going out.
The colony is running out of time to continue operating like they have been. Like they can't make a lot of things any more, uv lighting but that's higher tech stuff. They are perfectly able to recycle a lot of things but if you get nothing new then there is little you can do beyond that.
does Uzi have purple eye? cause that a real eye colour if you did not know
and if Uzi did have purple eyes that would mean Nori would be albino which would be a very interesting choice for your story
I didn't know that, thank god cause I hadn't thought about the eye colours for anyone. Thoooo now I can. With some possible changes in the future.

Doll I like her having red in her eyes but not fully, like Nori maybe. Where she has brown eyes with specks of red around.
Alice would have full red eyes. Beau, blue but with the specks of red. We will get to them at some point but I should note that down somewhere.
Being albino is meant for something in particular, and more linked to the "vampire" stuff. Like way to show progression to something.
i think should make N a bit taller cause i seen a lot of people who are 6'1 and they really agile and there's a person at are school 6'5 and there really clumsy . not being rude or anything btw but i just remember you wrote that he was pretty clumsy flyer and hunter
I was thinking about pushing up more on his height, just for the fun of it but it is starting to be a mass verses food intake issue. N's height was based a bit on a friends height.
N is agile, he may not be the fastest of the three but far more than any human. I don't have anyone taller than him in the story, not even from the other DD/vampire Oc's I got planned for later.
He just be clumsy for nerves sake, having to work around V and J would make anyone nervous. I believe he just needs a confidence boost.

How powerful are you making solver users?
Considering we don't know for sure what the rules are for solver in the show, I am just making something of my own. Solver is less magic and more scifi linked, with it needing a couple things to work in the AU. But no real plan on blackholes or anything so world destroying, powerful yes but with limits. Solver does still apply to the DD/vampires as well.
Gods, I can't wait for Doll's part in this so I can start showing it.
Oh update I have been writing Blood and Ruin, the break was nice but I have had to reread my own work to remember what I have already done with characters.
I have also been writing a drone version fic, should I be, maybe not but it is nice to write the og versions of these characters.
Going to try to get more information on here. And I wanted to pull over some questions or bits of info from Ao3. To have a way to sort things and keep track.

How strong is N gona be in your story?
Well, he is completely able to beat a fit human one on one with some ease. He has to still fit some sort of realism for a humanoid though, I am still playing with the exact maxs but I like that he can lift up around 200kg with "ease" but has some problems as he nears 400-500kg. In humans that is possible with enhancement drugs, but they normally train N doesn't.
Now N is the strongest of the lot of three "DD's". But he would be considered rather thin and a bit starved to be able to do any heavy lifting for extended periods of time. If he would just eat better and far more then he could gain some sort of mass to then use, but he has no real need to. At least not while on a job with human killing, the only worry would be back at the manor.
I want to do an informal page of what all three have as advantages to each other.
Like; J having the best sight, extra chemicals with her tail but not particularly fast or strong.
V being fast and the best nose but has her disadvantage with sight.
N being average with his senses and them being more human like with just added night vision, but he is the strongest and heals faster than the two.
Each of them have their roles or jobs in the team.
Will N be able to lift the door like he did in the show?
Huh, you know what maybe not. I didn't really plan on changing the bunker doors so he likely couldn't. I will have to think about this a bit.
I vaguely have that scene dot point written out and he never caught the door originally as I had structured it all differently. Hmm...

Summary:
Just after Doll's "defeat", the trio have come to an understanding that they need to stick together. V and Uzi had never had a conversation but they had stopped fighting with each other, at least to try to figure out what is happening.
N is all for this development, too bad they run into some drones that seem completely willing to catch Disassembly Drones and keep them as entertainment. N and V aren’t the only ones there but they need a third to be a complete team and J isn't around but there is at least one lone drone in need of a team as well. What good luck.

Crazy idea for the future seasons of Murder Drones
Okay now this would be very crazy but would be a fun fic idea in either way.
Drones in spaaaaaace.
If Cyn wins, if the planet is taken out.
Imagine the characters we got all getting into the space spaceship that N's got the key for. He can fly it, goes out and finds Uzi as we can guess. While all these reunions happen, I am sure Nori will be out there too.
They take too long for all this, or maybe they do go out and try to have a fight with Solver.
What if they fail, the planet is just gone. Gobbled up like a pack of chips. Solver assuming that the job is done and just goes on to the next location.
Now we got a crew of drones just out in space, we have at least two that can fly around (N and J, if not V as well having had survived somehow). Uzi who may be upgraded or unable to risk using her powers, so she could lean more into her power or just mechanical know how and with Khan the two of them could upgrade the ship (and bond time). Nori would know more about Solver than anyone and is skilled in solver (and bond time). Space would have all sorts of junk floating about for the ship's upgrade. It would need to be with like 7 and a 1/4 (if Nori stays as a core) of a drone crew.
And depending on how the planet is destroyed, others could be found floating around if they weren't considered a part of the planet when it got eaten up.
But "fun" Drone Crew Adventure in Spaaace! Maybe the other planets got some other environments to explore.
Buuuut importantly the chance of finding outer N's, V's and J's clones. Would be super mentally taxing, its one thing to be told there have been other versions and another if you meet them.
Heh, I need to dust off this account. Trying to come back and use the thing, got all sorts of questions to put here from Ao3 to put here as something easy to find.
