Actually, this is yet another extension of that Moon Kingdom AI that Arty apparently has access to. The Sailor V game may look like an early 1990s side-scrolling arcade game, but its coding is robust enough to actually learn from Minako’s playing and react to her. Would the game behave the same way for any player, or only for senshi? Does it shut down its full capability when normal humans play it, so nobody suspects that it’s anything more than a particularly tough side-scroller?
Artemis is Luna's partner and the father of Diana in all versions: Sailor V manga / Sailor moon manga, 90s anime, Crystal, PGSM and musical.
Keiji Himeno is the only actor of Artemis at Sera Myu.
In the musical Kaguya-hime no Koibito, Artemis is only a small projection, and he is mentioned. In the follow-up musical, 30th Anniversary Musical Festival, he is also mentioned, but not a projection.
In the live action series PGSM, Artemis does not have a human form, unlike Luna.

I can 1000% see Minako being a VTuber, especially given how many of them have a focus on singing!
In general, I think if Sailor Moon took place in the modern day Minako would BY FAR be the Senshi with her finger on the pulse of social media the most. I've always said that she would run her own social media fan pages for Sailor V/Venus, lol. I imagine it's a Peter Parker situation, where people are impressed that Minako Aino is somehow the person who ALWAYS gets the best candid shots of Sailor V and later Venus, lmao.
This pic was scanned by me from a Pale Lilac/Madoka Oomori doujinshi. Madoka Oomori was Naoko Takeuchi's former assistant, so their styles are very similar and Madoka's doujinshi can be considered semi-official.
Something I like that's consistent about Minako in the manga throughout the series is how she'll always know when she's being watched. Nothing gets past Spidey Sense Minako!
There are so many little moments like this in the manga (and, to a lesser extent, the anime) that really cement Minako's capability as the leader of the Senshi. She really does have great instincts and as well as a very keen eye for detail.
