May I request romantic rivalry between guest1337 and jhon doe? I've been thinking about this for a veeeery long time and I think it would be an interesting concept.
For this to work, my thought is that after staying in the forsaken realm for so long, they start becoming delusional and see their wives in/as you. For jhon, it might just be the Spectre messing with him, but for guest1337, it was the longing and desperate need to see his lover again.

After some research on Guest 1337 in Forsaken... I don't think he ever married before the grenade incident? So... I'm taking that into account. Guest 1337 may just be getting his mind messed with due to his isolation. I did not know this info when I wrote for 1337 before. Now I do >:)

I honestly love the idea that The Spectre can just mess with the heads of those in the realm.
With the corruption virus that has infested John Doe... He already kinda does it.
Even to the point of covering Jane's face when John Doe is killer.
Love makes John Doe... harder to control.
Guest 1337 is a little more difficult to do.
Originally it would make sense if The Spectre created illusions to make Guest see you as Daisy, his wife.
But according to the Forsaken version of Guest 1337... This one never married.
Unless I read something wrong... Guest 1337 is single in Forsaken.
Which kinda puts a wrench in this idea....
Yet it can still make this work.
The Spectre can still create false memories after all.
So maybe, if you want to keep this accurate to Forsaken canon... Spectre just makes Guest think you two were married or at the very least dating.
After all... all Guest remembers from his past was being a soldier and sacrificing himself for his cause.
Dating life was never really considered.
But for some reason... when he enters the realm and meets you...?
To him it's probably like you were meant to be.
Which is strange... he never really believed in the soulmate concept...
Maybe this place is messing with his head... trying to distract him...
But you're such a pleasant distraction... so he'll focus on keeping you alive.
Especially when he learns John Doe seems so fixated on you.
Although, if you want to go for the hallucination of him being married beforehand... do as you wish.
One way or another... The Spectre yearns for drama apparently.
Guest is the one you have the most contact with obviously.
You're both survivors and he's a sentinel.
This means Guest is going to be focused on sacrificing himself to protect you anyways.
His nature according to lore is self-sacrificial... which makes him a yandere that's going to be quite dedicated to defending you from harm.
His obsession starts small... Guest follows you around in rounds, asking how you are and looking out for threats.
He blocks hits for you... and you often see him decking killers whenever he can.
He doesn't care how hurt he gets... not when it means keeping you safe.
But over time maybe he starts muttering about you and memories you're pretty sure didn't happen.
Maybe he mentions things like dates you supposedly had... or small moments you two shared.
You don't know what he's talking about... and he seems strangely... out of it?
It's a little concerning as he's probably one of the strongest survivors physically.
Yet here he is... hovering around you and acting like you two were together at one point.
You only met this man IN the realm....
Going with the idea of him originally being married (not in Forsaken canon)... maybe he occasionally even calls you Daisy's name.
Which makes you even MORE confused...?
You don't know a Daisy yet he's called you by such a name before?
Maybe on closer look... you notice his eyes aren't right.
A flickering red corruption clouds his gaze when he fixates on you.
Something is wrong... but you don't know what?
Plus... He's useful to have in rounds... so you don't want to tell him off... even if he wasn't going to listen anyways.
So... you tolerate it when he pulls you in for a hug, muttering how your scent is familiar...
You may even get a few kisses from him, the normally rugged and stoic man melting against you.
Despite all of this... He's not your only problem.
As said before in my John HCs, John falls in love quickly.
This is because his corruption already makes him hallucinate... So if The Spectre made him view someone as his long lost spouse?
Spectre probably makes John hallucinate you as Jane in matches.
Which is... certainly awkward if Jane is IN the match...
So maybe The Spectre separates you three.
When John Doe sees you in a match... He does the usual staring... before following you around like a lost puppy.
After all... he thinks you're the love of his life...
Don't run away from your husband...
Who's this other man around you so much...?
Meanwhile Guest is experiencing similar issues.
The soldier is convinced you two are partners due to that strange glint in his gaze.
He follows you around religiously... To him, John is less a rival and more just a threat.
Guest feels keeping you away from John is protecting you.
After all... John looks like a beast... and Guest has seen what the killer is capable of.
He may not even be aware that John is infatuated with you.
Or at least... infatuated with how he views you.
John doesn't talk... I am a firm believer that John only makes animalistic noises.
Grunts, growls, roars, etc...
So you won't hear him calling you Jane or anything like that.
John will just stalk behind you, oddly infatuated as he tries to trap you somewhere to corner you.
For... affection apparently.
Or at least... that's what you think him pinning you against his spikes is when he rubs against you like a needy cat.
Guest however... doesn't let any of this slide.
He's going to be the most aggressive sentinel ever towards John.
John's aggressive because he thinks you've either moved on or at being stolen... while Guest fears John will kill you.
Although... the truth isn't all that better to Guest...
He is NOT letting that beast romance you.
Not when you and Guest are so obviously... together.
You on the other hand just wish things would go back to normal... that Guest would protect everyone in trouble... not just you...
You can't even decide if dying to John would be a mercy or not.
Unfortunately... instead of any of that... you have two delusional admirers.
It's as though The Spectre is playing with all of you like dolls.
You can never find any peace... not with Guest breathing down your neck... or feeling the prickle of corruption nearby.
All you can really do here is adapt.
I mean... maybe you can get used to it?
Guest's cuddles late at night feel... comforting due to his warmth and feeling of his muscles against you.
It's soothing to have a fellow survivor who cares.
John is harder to get used to and enjoy... whenever he's near his corruption drains you.
But he doesn't try to kill you.
He lays against you, practically purring like some neglected apex predator.
Sure, time with John is short lived with Guest...
Unfortunately you will most likely see Guest die a few times if he tests John enough....
But even then you respawn back at the cabin fine... and it's an easy win with John so focused on you.
Hopefully he stays behaved....
Guest is never pleased with the idea of leaving you... but he keeps getting too careless around John.
Nevertheless... Guest always tries to make up for it by nearly gluing himself to your side.
The rivalry is always rather... asymmetrical... unless Guest gets clever.
It's like there's no end to it either.
So... get used to your new purgatory, yeah?
Who knows if things will get any better... or if you'll ever find quiet again.
