Update 03/27/2020
I've fallen spectacularly off track since having a really busy few weeks of work. I've made a lot of mistakes, leading to anxiety and bad coping responses. It is interesting that my SAVERS practice was the first out the window when I was stressed, followed by my no-surf, no-buy and my healthy diet. I replaced them with unhealthy behaviors like mindless eating, binge surfing and shopping. I have still been weight training so I haven't gone completely off the rails and I've managed to maintain my weight loss. But it will be a while before I hit my goal weight because of these sidetracks.
On the positive side, even though I've been indulging in these behaviors, it's been on a much lower scale than before. For example, where I used to polish off a box of TJs Pinks and Whites cookies, now I still stop myself at a serving or two. While I have been shopping a lot more than I like, it's been on thrift sites so my spending is much more controlled. While I used to binge surf Reddit for hours.... Well that habit has become much worse!
Anyway I think I should give myself credit for noticing these behavior changes and remind myself that it's natural following a stressful period. I am taking some time off starting next week and hopefully that will help give me the needed headspace to get back on track with my goals.
