New Year's Resolutions?

So I'm really not one for resolutions but with the start of the new year, there are a couple things I'd like to work on . . .

Be more confident - I have ideas and feelings, dammit. Not all of the ideas are awful and I shouldn't always let others' feelings trump my own.
