I made a sketch of Sebastian yesterday, and I liked it so much I wanted to lineart and color it. Yes, "Flower Man" from Deltarune Chapter 5 was a big inspiration for this drawing.

Cybil is a quiet but stern librarian who works in the grand library in Farway City, as well as working in the knowledge archives for the scholars of the string. dont let her small stagure fool you as she is not afred to stand up to people who is way bigger then her and to use her scroll and claws against who she may need to defend herself from.

this design is a remake of a character i had when i was a teen, but you can still kind of say this is a new character.
