Hi, 

this shouldnt happen as we pull automatically the prices from the merchants products informations. 

It might happen if you change the currency as it depends how the currency has been "refreshed" with which rate on both our website and merchant website. 

We are going to double check of course and be sure there s no bug behind it. 

Also, if you have a precise product where it happens, please send us the URL so we can precisely check.

"Why are some products removed from my minipopup.com store?”

This is one of the most frequently asked question by our minipopup.com curators.

The answer is that when a product is sold out on the merchant websites, our system refreshes the minipopup.com stores and removes sold out items automatically (it takes generally around 48 hours to update all sold out items and complete the process). 

We have implemented this system to avoid your followers to click on products and then  realise they cannot buy them because it is no longer in stock. And also eventually, all items will be sold out one day, it seems more logical and less frustrating for your potential customers to remove sold out items as and when it occurs. 

This is also one of the reasons why we advise you to update and add new items to your minipopup.com store every week (if you have a selection of 50~60 items) or every 2 weeks if you have over 100 items listed in your minipopup.com store.

Hi, 

There s no login and password on Minipopup as you log with your Facebook account. 

If you do not remember your Facebook credentials, i suggest you contact Facebook to get them back.

Is my store public once I have posted items in my store?

You need to have at least 10 products in your store to be public. 

"less than 10 products" wont be shown in our list, in order to avoid "empty stores".

How frequently products are updated?

The products on Minipopup.com are updated every 24 hours based on what is available on each retailer's own website. When products are out of stock on these merchants website, they are also removed from our feed.

What is Minipopup.com?

Minipopup.com is a platform for Fashion bloggers or Influencers who want to curate their own fashion blog. With Minipopup.com you do not manage stock nor delivery. You just curate the products you like and they are listed in your store. Everytime someone purchase an item from your store, you get a commission!

To setup a store, it takes 5 minutes only... and is of course absolutely free.

How do i make money?

By listing our products, you enter in our affiliate program. We are able to track and assign sales from your store to your store. It means that each time someone buy a product you have listed you will get a commission. Easy.

What merchants are included?

We list merchants like Net-a-porter, Farfetch, My-Theresa etc.. as well as more affordable ones like SheInside, Nastygal etc...

We only list well known merchants to assure quality of delivery and customer services.

What brands are included?

We list more than 4,000 brands in our feed and will add more in future. We go from a wide range of fast retailing and affordable price to very high end and luxury items. This gives you a very wide content to pick and create your perfect shop content.

Can i have someone to curate my store?

Yes. 

You can have a colleague or partner to curate your store. Just go in settings menu, choose “my curators” and fill the space with the Minipopup curators username. You can remove them at anytime. Please note that the sub curator needs to have an account on Minipopup.

Can i share automatically on my Official Facebook page?

Yes. 

In the settings, go to “sharing settings” menu on the left. If you fill the “Facebook page ID” the items you pick will be shared on your official page. If you leave it blank, it will be shared on your personal account.

Sold out products

When the merchant who is selling your product return us the information with SOLD OUT, we remove automatically the SOLD OUT product from your store. The product will be removed from your feed automatically.

How to use my instagram account to sale products?

Instagram doesn't allow and third party on PC to share pictures on its network. So the trick is quite simple. Use Minipopup from a Smartphone or iPad. Save one by one the pictures of the products you want to push on instagram. (this is a bit fastidious, but no other solutions…). Copy also the bit.ly link we have put on each product detail view. And post from your instagram app the picture + the bit/ly link.

How can i get paid?

When you reach over 500USD (or equivalent) of sales commissions, a button "Get paid" will appear on your sales report page. Follow the instructions to get paid.

When do i see the sales on my sales report?

When someone confirm a purchase on merchant website, the merchant prepare the order and deliver to the customers. After the "return period" is over, the sale is confirmed from the merchant and sent to us. The total process may vary between 2 weeks to 3 weeks depending on merchants.
