hi folks! welcome to the mini sandwich blog. 

our mission: to experiment with dining hall ingredients to create delicious, tiny sandwiches, a versatile food that can be eaten at any time of day (breakfast! lunch! dessert! dinner! snack!).

the rules: the bread must be about the size of a slice of baguette. we'll be making most of our masterpieces with ingredients found in our college dining hall. 

our idol/role model: beautiful bruschetta!
