I know I'm still far from my goal, but I'm really proud of my progress !
No matter what happens, I will never give up on that beach body goals !! I need some serious motivations though ! Procrastinating !
52.5kg I've been just cutting down on overeating and just being more active at work and trying to work out maybe a little. Let's keep it going until I see those abs !
53kg . I've been on intense diet for last few weeks. I'm not sure if much changed, but I think I'm going to stop this diet and start working on muscle.
Progress ! 55kg !
55.5kg. If I really watch what I eat, I can get to my goal weight in no time ! 6more kg left to go !
I've been doing sit ups challenge for last about 18days. Planning on making this a everyday habit. Nothing really changed yet but I am sure I will see some results in few more weeks if I keep up with eating clean and following schedules. Let's not give up! Better anything than doing nothing !
56.1kg. 123.6lbs. Good morning. I went for 45minutes spinning class last night and an hour of yoga class. I will be trying very hard to keep eating clean and workout for at least couple hours again today. My goal is to lose 3kg in 5 days.
Back up to 56.5kg. 124.5 lbs. very disappointed that I gained weight back. I started over my diet today and I will start posting every few days again to help me push myself to want to be better.
Startover. I can do this. ☺️😉

I’m getting smaller but I noticed I’m losing muscle real fast from not doing as much ab workout as I used to. Starting tomorrow I will try hard again.
Weigh in : 56.1 kg 126.4 lbs. I had a good day yesterday. Only ate breakfast and ran around last night. I’m hoping I do better today and lose another kg. I can do this !
Weigh In : 57.3kg 126.4 lbs. My goal is to be 50kg about 110lbs. I started from about 65kg 140some lbs so I am doing good so far but I can’t stop yet! Again, I ate junk food and greasy food today. I really need to change my eating habit. Tomorrow is going to be day 1 clean eating !
