Hate to break it to you but you are in control of what you ship. The Traveler has no canon love interest, it's all fun and none of it is real, they literally can't get in the way of ships unless you decide to make them "get in the way"
Don't bully people for choosing Lumine - who was screwed over big time by marketing as it is - especially if the one you're doing it to is a girl or woman in any way (be it afab, trans, nb, it doesn't matter)
We get too few female protagonists as is, if there's a choice 99% of the time the male one is canon and the female one gets shafted.
If your only problem with Lumine is that she "gets in the way of gay ships" then you need to take a step back and reexamine your priorities because your non canon ship is not more important than girls and women getting representation
If you shame people into starting new accounts to choose Aether it'll screw up the statistic and getting more canon female protagonists will move further into the future again

This is my them. They’re a dendro abyss mage who can use that power to disguise themselves as a human. They add the dendro vision as a cover, they made it themselves. They use their staff as a polearm when in human form. They act as a spy/intel for the abyss order. Though they’ve began being ordered to follow mc around to make sure they aren’t causing too much issues.

They work closely with the fatui due to their human form and strategic plans. Tho they are annoying as hell to basically everyone.

A/N: Welcome to the prologue! Just some notes I wanted to throw in, even though this is set in the VE universe, it's technically a historical au roughly set in post world war I society. I also do include canon references later on (like city names, food names, canon occurences). Okay don't want to bore you with the details, I hope you enjoy! (Also yes, Xiao is ooc during the beginning parts of this series, but I find this necessary). Part one will be out soon--this is where you'll appear ^^

“Enough, Xiao.”
Though the major’s words fell on deaf ears as Xiao tried with the utmost effort to drag the man towards the exit, ignoring that this was too much strain for his teeth. Adrenaline may have shielded him from the pain of losing both his arms, but it certainly did not shield him from the fear of losing the one person who had ever given a damn about him as a person.
“Stop this!” Zhongli raised his voice in desperation and it finally made the young soldier stop and stare. “You must run now, and leave me be.”
Xiao was not one to ever disobey the major’s word, but he shook his head at this, almost silently pleading for him to not give up. This couldn’t be the end. This was supposed to be the last barrier before victory so why, why was this happening? Although he could not understand the feeling welling up in his chest, he knew one thing for sure, that leaving the major behind awoke something rebellious in him, a feeling Xiao thought had been killed a long time ago was resurfacing. They always said that a weapon with emotions of their own would be a defective one indeed. If he acted upon them now, he would surely be cast aside.
The situation was not giving any chance for him to ponder, though. As bits of rubble came raining down, the ruined building shook violently, reminding Xiao once again that they were in the middle of a battlefield. He looked down, only to see that the honeyed eyes beneath him were fading in and out of consciousness. Xiao, upon having taken so many lives, knew full well what a dying man looked like.
“We do not have--much time,” Zhongli coughed,”you must escape. Run now, and live freely.”
“Is that an order, sir?” was all Xiao managed to say.
He swore he heard a chuckle, but he hardened his heart and dropped the major’s uniform from his mouth completely, awaiting his response. Xiao willed it to not be, because after all, he could not disobey an order. But the gods were cruel and so the answer was:
“Yes.”
Even if he wished to stay, even if the end would result in perishing alongside Zhongli, orders always gave him tunnel vision. His body not caring that it was against his will.
It was the fate and burden he carried as a mere tool of violence.
One moment, he was struggling to get up on his feet, trying his best not to look down once more, fearing hesitation, when another explosion sounded, this time much closer than the last. The next moment, the major is near screaming at him, but the sounds drowned him out. Everything around him crumbled. Xiao’s senses black out and for the first time in his lifetime, he experienced firsthand what it felt like to be one of his victims.

First of all vaguely threatening people that they’re going to get hacked if they use a certain game on a certain date is a bunch of bullshit, but why are they saying that February the 19th is a day where people are going to get hacked? Like is the (made-up) reason is that a hacking group going to raid the game that day or is it some urban legend/rumor shit?

i’m obvs going to be rolling for xiao’s banner on 2nd of feb and i’ve been terrified of reaching pity but... last night, i realized i’ve never landed a 5 star on a character banner... so like... maybe 🤔 i might 🥺 be able to get xiao with the 7k primogems i have saved up 😭
