because this is tumblr i feel like i would get a better response than if this was posted on Facebook or something,

after three years of testing, i was finally diagnosed with hashimotos, with a goiter on my right node as well. what doesn’t make sense to me is that my endo listed my TSH levels at 19.47. is that even possible?

I get colds once a month, always cold, bad memory, high anxiety (thats actually how i honestly found out i had it, that and the lump in my neck thing) etc etc normal symptoms.

does anyone have any recommendations on how to cope with these things and making it feel less like you’re a hypochondriac/has anyone tried the gluten free thing? my doctor recommended it and I’ve heard others say the same, i know soy is a no no so sadly my vegetarian ways may be at a halt.
