Dream:

You think you’re really ready to integrate it all, but then you dream about them so intensely you wake up heavy breathing and in a panic.

You got two tattoos - one big and ugly one on the underside of your hand and palm, in blue ink... One so big and ugly that when you wake up, you actually look at your palm! You didn’t. Thank God.

If it makes me sad, it’s because it’s sad. But I see it now. I see it like I’ve never seen it. I see it. I can and I will stop performing for Love. I will be. I’ll be a kinder more loving human and artist in the world. I am able to be more me. A happier me. A happier and more me me, and everyone wins.

She said, “I know I can fly. I mean, my body can’t, but I know I can, I know it.”

I found this funny because we were on a plane, but she didn’t seem to realize or even get the irony. She was flying, but, she meant “flying… between worlds and planets;” her words, not mine.

She was young. Super young, I’m not old, but 10 years younger is young. She was hungry. I know that hunger. She thought her job was to save us all. I know that job. She was a veracious reader and had a lot of thoughts and wanted to get it all right. I know that longing. She refused to drink water because she didn’t want a plastic cup. That’s commitment I thought, because planes are mad dehydrating. I know this human, I was this human, and now I’m in an aisle seat and on the edge of becoming grumpy and giving up; I liked her. She made me a spell, she liked magic, she had fierce hands.  

This was all in the first 45min. We had 5 hours to go.

It’s the dreams of pulling them out from behind your eyelids.

It’s the little things.

It’s the chargers that only work when inserted in one very specific way and the spices left behind.

It’s wondering when was/ is too soon.

Too soon too tell.

Time takes time I’m told. Marathon not a sprint she says.

How long can we remember? & how long until we forget?
