Welcome to "Starlit Skies, Moonlit Eyes"!

Hello, I'm @minzzway, and this is the sideblog for posting my manga. Starlit Skies, Moonlit Eyes is a cute, slice of life, yuri manga about missed opportunities, finding your place in the world, and love.

It tells the backstory of my two main OCs: Hoshimi Hanae (blonde) and Yukimura Miyako (noirette) and how they met and became a couple. You can find the manga on my deviantArt and my Pixiv as well. Hope you enjoy!

I kind of regret not separating my OC and fan art content on this site as well, now that I want to make a more genuine attempt at promoting my OC stuff on here.

Anyone have an opinion on the best practice for posting OC + manga here? Like, is it best to put it all on a single main blog under my name, or just put general OC posts on main and post the manga itself onto a sideblog for easier readability?

Either way, I may have to make a new account since almost everyone followed me for Touhou fan art lol

I'm so happy to share the end of the story!!! I don't know what I'm going to do with my life now, lol (I do, actually, haha. I have more comics to make!). I've been working on this for more than a year now so working on it became a part of my life, haha. It's hard to just let it go and post the epilogue and conclude this story forever, but I try and think about everything that I'll be able to improve for my next comics and I'm truly looking forward to it. Making stories is addictive!! I can't thank enough all the very kind people who followed the story through the chapter releases and sent me various forms of reactions. Having real time feedback to a story which is not yet completed brought me a rare form of joy and fulfilness I can't really describe. And not only I would never have been able to make such a long story if I didn't have that, but I'm also sure that the result would have been very different if you didn't sent me such interesting, motivating and genuine feedback. Sometime you can be too caught up in your own head and your motivating words truly helped me to see the beauty in things again, and also notice and develop aspects of the story that I wouldn't have thought of developing without your eyes. I am thankful that I had such a wonderful audience and that I got to feel that way. I truly hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did, and that the ending live up to your expecations. 🖤✨

I still really hope that this chapter was nice, and not too wordy. ><"" There's still a few pages left to make, but it probably won't be that long, so it's only a sort of epilogue. Even so, I'm really looking forward to drawing it! I'm thrilled to finally be able to draw the ending I envisioned! 🥰💕

Not sure if it warrants another post, but I redid some parts of my "The Dollmaker's Daughter" fanart with newer water colour and recoloured lineart (last time's was way too strong tbh)

Some random Alices from doujinshi designs I liked. I used the left one as inspiration for my drawings, but I really love the more mature look from the other as well. The curse of seeing many different nice designs makes it hard to decide on my own.
