TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Commissions are for Personal Use only. My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, as references, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.If you request variant versions of a commissioned design, like hair and/or outfits an additional fee of 50%-95% per variation will be applied depending on complexity.
PAYMENTS & FEES
• All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform. Payments to proposals should be paid fully once both of us reach to an agreement and only then the process will start.
• If you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my public examples it has to be posted or shared from your end giving credit to me.
REVISIONS
• You receive 2 free revisions after the sketch is approved. Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue.Once the Final is approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.I will keep you updated if delays occur.If you wish for it to be done within a ceirtain timeline and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD to $20 USD depending on complexity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for public promotional purposes.
REFUNDS
• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.You may cancel before payment is made. Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the Commission.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.Result in a formal complaint against you.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only. Print the art for yourself.Post it on Social Media with credit to "@miramelo ".
You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially without permission.Commission art/services using my Design/Work.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.Remove signatures/watermarks.Resell or redistribute the artwork.Modify the artwork without my consent.Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
BLACKLIST POLICY
• Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
FINAL AGREEMENT
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
