I don't normally like to post from twitter but this feels full circle
We can't stop the billionaires so let's just try stopping the 25 trillion-year-old sun. At least humanity has one thing going for them. THE AUDACITY
Humanity is something. Holding the sun accountable before corporations
"The world is on track to overshoot 1.5 degrees of warming, so it’s time to study reflecting the sun away from the Earth, UN says"
Global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions are proving insufficient to slow global warming, so solar radiation modification (SRM) technologies are being considered as a possible option. The U.N. report recommends further study into the potential risks and benefits of SRM and calls for international governance and cooperation. Solar geoengineering is a fast, doable approach that could cool the Earth in a few years, but carries potential dangers. Sulfur dioxide could be used to inject aerosols into the upper atmosphere, but this could result in acid rain and ozone depletion. It could be used as a one-time shot to mitigate extreme suffering and death, or as part of a longer-term strategy to buy more time to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Solar geoengineering carries many risks, including acid rain, ozone depletion and rogue deployments, and there is not enough evidence to make an informed decision. The UN report suggests a coordinated governance strategy to avoid rogue deployments and ethical issues and calls for the UN to lead discussions in international cooperation

thank you for being a real person, and thanks for the follow! :)
Your welcome. I didn't know there weren't many real people here? My biggest fear is building a relationship with a bot 🤣
The second amendment is just a hostage term sheet.
every. single. time. I open social media, there's a new shooting trending. The second amendment is just a hostage term sheet at this stage. Why is this old ass paper, which isn't even properly interpreted, taking precedence over life
"Putin will eventually be killed by inner circle, says Zelensky"
A truth so apparent even Putin seems to agree
This is so accurate. Damn my chunky fingers!
Going to make this my first post. Start on a positive note before I start ripping the right to shreds.
In 2015, Jimmy Carter had brain cancer. In 2019, he broke his hip. That same year, at age 95, he fell at home requiring 14 stitches.
Despite his injuries, he showed up the next day, to help build houses for the Habitat for Humanity
