A little white boy goes into a endangered Gorilla enclosure at a giant zoo, after telling his mother he wanted to go in therefore she was aware of what he wanted to do whether she thought he would or not, and people end up murdering the Gorilla to save the boy even though nothing dangerous was happening to him. Why can’t animals just be left alone tbh, we live on this earth together neither species is inferior to the other.

So Dave, there's a changeorg petition right now asking that the parents be held accountable for that gorilla that got shot at the Cincinnati Zoo, and also that CPS should be involved and possibly take the child away from his parents. Any thoughts on this?

I haven’t seen the story, but if the parents allowed their kid into the enclusure, they should be held responsible.

Cincinnati Zoo: Justice for Harambe

On May 28,2016 a 4 year old boy was able to crawl through a barrier in the Gorilla enclosure and fell an estimated 10 to 12 feet into the most surrounding the habitat. Enraged that this beautiful gorilla, Harambe, was killed on Friday due to an incapable parent. Parents weren’t watching their child long enough for it to go over fences, through bushes, over walls and into the moat and home of an exotic animal. Gorilla uses its instincts, also looking like he is saving child from water, and is shot dead in fear of getting more aggravated and hurting the child. The child who was already in the enclosure for 10 minutes, where the gorilla could have killed him in seconds if he wanted. Cincinnati Zoo is a WONDERFUL zoo and Harambe, who just turned 17, was a prized member. It’s sad to see humans chosen over an animal once again. Glad the child is ok, but too tragic and sad for the poor gorilla. Leave your kids at home if you cannot watch them.

I was at the zoo where the gorilla, Harambe, was killed. Today the statue outside the (closed) exhibit had flowers, pictures, and notes people were leaving for Harambe. So sad that his life was lost
