has someone ever thought that the "at last, was the girl" part of the prophecy might be in the end?
I see a lot of discussion online about what is the missing pannel, but I don't see any posts about the real order of the deltarune prophecy.
ive been studying how to write a prophecy and i noticed that the pannels of the 2nd sanctuary are all messed up
like its obvious bc they present the 3rd hero first, but idk maybe thats a sign that the pannels are not in order as we get to see them in the game
maybe the presentation comes first
it doesn't actually makes sense presenting the heros after saying that the knight will fight them neither, so the pannels of the 2nd sanctuary are mixed up
this is how I think the prophecy might be
"THE PROPHECY, WHICH WHISPERS
THE LEGEND OF THIS WORLD.
A WORLD BASKED IN PUREST LIGHT.
BENEATH IT, GREW ETERNAL NIGHT.
IF FOUNTAINS FREED, THE ROARING CRIES.
AND TITANS SHAPE FROM DARKENED EYES.
THE LIGHT AND DARK, BOTH BURNING DIRE.
A COUNTDOWN TO THE EARTH'S EXPIRE.
BUT LO, ON HOPES AND DREAMS THEY SEND.
THREE HEROES AT THE WORLD'S END.
THE CAGE, WITH HUMAN SOUL AND PARTS!
THE GIRL, WITH HOPE CROSSED ON HER HEART.
THE PRINCE, ALONE IN DEEPEST DARK
I have my doubts if the knight pannel should be in worldbuilding or the adventure, but I'll keep it here cause I don't think it would change much anyway.
"THE POINTY-HEADED WILL SAY
"TOOTHPASTE," AND THEN "BOY."
The next ones might be mixed, cause we don't know what will happen in ch 6 and 7 (and neither 5, but I'm pretty sure Asgore will be a major character in chapter 5).

THEY'LL HEAR THE RING OF HEAVEN'S CALL.
THEY'LL SEE THE TAIL OF HELL TAKE CRAWL.
THE ANGEL, BANISHED, WILL

LOVE FINDS ITS WAY TO THE GIRL.
WILL THE WORLDS BE SAVED."
I excluded the coundrum pannels, but if i had to put them somewhere, it would be somewhere in the adventure part, it would still fit because it would be literally prophecysing their adventure
I actually dont know if it makes sense haha, it kinda does to me
it might debunk some of the susie not being the second hero theories, it connects the hope with the white pen of hope that gerson refers to and also would be a cool plot twist susie saving the day!
it's just a shallow thought, idk what the implications of the weird route in this, but like... there's a chance that things will happen in a similar way, even putting it together like this gives a TON of room for things to happen in between. the broken pannel might be something crazy that can give a lot of perspective.
