Sans slumped down in a nice comfortable chair; By the window in his bedroom. It had been another long day. Sans loosened his tie, and took off his hat throwing them aside; giving a large sigh. Sans sat there staring off in the distance. Thinking of how Papyrus was doing, as he hadnât seen him all day. Sans gloomily stared at the ceiling. Giving another sigh. He had nothing left to do, which was unusual for him. As his father would normally be breathing down his neck, every second of the day. It was a nice change of pace, having some time to himself. Time he had learned to appreciate. Lazari knew she was breaking the law and if she got cought. Well, that would be the end of her chapter. But she had to find evidence. She kept on the grass as she went round to the back of the house, monsters might find it wierd if foot prints were appearing from nowhere. She crept around the back and looked for an opening to get into. After a while Lazari found a window open on the second floor but how would she get up there, she looked at her wings âif only you were useful.â She saw a common cottage vine climbing up the side of the house and she debated wether to risk it. She groaned kicking her heels off. She pulled herself up and she could already feel fear gathering in her chest, she didnât have a problem with heights, it was the falling that got her. Sans started slowly fall asleep in his chair. The calm and quiet environment, provided the perfect place for him to rest for a while. Sans didnât fight the sleep, in fact he embraced it. He hadnât slept properly in a while, rendering him exhausted. Lazari pulled her self up and herd a rip she froze looking around slowly. Her skirt had cought on on of the branches. She sighed closing her eyes in attempt to hide her anger, this is why she should have an a accomplice; then they could do all this. Deciding to keep going, she soon reached the window. Letting her invisibility fall she pushed the widow open further, and fell into the room no longer being cautious. Sans continued sleeping lightly in the chair. He wasnât quite asleep, yet wasnât quite awake. He continued to drift in and out of contiousness. Lazari slowly stood up dusting her clothes, a shot of pain went through her foot and she could only guess that she had sprained her ankle, âreally?â She questioned herself. To add to her anger not only was her skirt torn, but so was her top. She took a mental note not to climb vines again when wearing a skirt and shirt. All she wanted now was a bath and bed, but she was already here might as well keep going. She looked around the room she was in, it was large and well kept. Lazari walked around the room before going to the door, pushing the handle down she walked in. It looked like a bedroom, maybe a spare seeing the lack of items. Finally he fell asleep. Quiet snoring could barely be heard, as Sans slept. Unaware of his familiar visitor. Lazari walked further into the room not seeing anyone, she couldnât help but let her feminine side out and admire the room. It was beautiful with the wooden draws and the gorgeous designed rug, and the bed looked so soft. She doubted anyone on her small road had ever seen a bed like this, let alone layed in one. She walked over to the bed sitting on it, it felt so soft unlike her bed at home. Sans started to stur. His peaceful sleep, being invaded by negative and intrusive thoughts. Slowly falling into a nightmare, falling and falling, darker yet darker, quiet and quieter⊠Lazari jumped of the bed when she herd a sound, her eyes darted around looking for the source but she couldnât see anything. Letting out a breath she didnât know she was holding she walked to the large window, the sight was beautiful from up here. âRich monsters I swear,â she said to herself. Lazariâs voice awoke Sans. He was rather surprised to see her standing at his window. It had been a while since a dame had entered his bedroom. He smiled to himself, recognising her from earlier that day. Thinking quickly he teleported out of the room, as to not cause a disturbance. Lazari smiled at the veiw before remembering why she was here, this place was huge though how would she find any evidence. Walking to a door at the end of the room she slowly opened it peeking through, after seeing the cost clear she stepped out, quietly closing the door behind her. Looking left then right she choose to head left. Sans peered round a corner watching her walk off. What was she doing here, he thought to himself. Sans decided to follow her, to make sure she didnât get herself in trouble. He took off his jacket and removed his tie placing them just inside his bedroom door. Before walking off to follow her. Lazari felt so lost, she opened a door every so often but not finding much, she finally found a study like room and walked in carefully closing the door. She walked to a desk, pulling the chair out and sitting down she started to go through the papers in the draws. Sans stopped outside the study door. He stared at the wooden door. It silently taunted him, it was eerily quiet. Sans expected to hear some sort of crash, from inside. But there was just silence⊠Could it be that his father had left his study unattended. If so where was he? Sans wanted to open the door, to find out what was inside. But at the same time, it would blow his cover, if the monster was still alive inside. Heâd hate to kill someone off the job⊠Lazari pulled out the lower draw careful not to bang it on the sides, it had just a load of letters. Either this guy was a master in hidding or I was in the wrong room, she pulled anouther few draws but finding nothing useful. Sans took a deep breath before opening the door. He saw Lazari looking through his fatherâs desk. â what you doin in here bunnyâ he said coolly, leaning against the door frame. By the looks of his face, he wasnât impressed. Lazari jumped up knocking the chair back, she took a few steps back. âNothing, I was err cleaning. Iâm the new maidâ she grined trying to hide her horror of being cought, she knew he most probably wouldnât buy it but she had to say something. Oh Asgore what was he going to do to me, torture, kill take me to the humans. Sans raised an eyebrow, there wouldnât be a new maid around here unless the old one had âvanishedâ. Sans had recently seen her, so he knew she was still walking on this earth. Plus he recognized Lazari from the diner. âI know the people who work here you dumb doraâ he replied, casualy blocking the door. Lazari bite back her anger with the name calling, if only she could give one smart comeback but she held it back knowing she was in enough trouble as it was. She looked at the monster infront of her, âOk Iâm sorry.â âW-what are you going to do with me?â She asked worry etching her face. Sans smiled, slightly revelling in her discomfort. âHehâ he lit a cigar and started to smoke. âI havenât decided yetâ he added, taking in a puff. The smoke, escaped through his nose and eye sockets. He seemed rather calm for someone, who just found an intruder in his home. Oh Asgore this just worried her more, she had to save herself some how. Thinking for a second she decided to do what she did best. She shuffled on the spot makeing her torn skirt rise, âI didnt want to come in with out permission, but Itâs just my boss would beat me if I didnât get the info he wanted.â She said speaking softer. Sans stood there studying her. She had a fine chasey, that was for sure. But she werenât no oneâs pet either. San knew the signs of abuse, she werenât it. He rolled his eyes, Sans could kill her. After all no one would miss a quiff. That was his impression of her anyway. He carried on smoking, thinking for a bit. She could be useful, dead or alive. â Howâd you get in 'ereâ he asked, keeping his eyes looked into her every movement. Lazari could see he didnât believe one word she said, she let out the breath she was holding, why was it soo hard to flirt with skeletons. âA window was open on your second floor,â she dared to take a step forward towards him. âI climbed up the vines on the side of your house. As you can see it tore my clothes,â she smirked pointing out her now short skirt and torn shirt. âIt would be nice to get out of these now ruined clothes.â Sans watched her getting closer to him. He raised his eyebrow, he knew she was flirting with him. But it seemed to be working. Sans couldnât keep his cheeters of her chasey. âKeep talkinâ he smiled. He decided to play along, too see how it turned out. He might even get lucky. Lazari smirked, I might just get somewhere. She took anouther step towords him deciding to take it further, she walked round to his right side stroking her shoulder. âWell I was wondering if you had any I could borrow,â she purred in his ear. Now standing behind him she put her arms over his shouders, letting them drop to his chest she made circular patterns on his chest. Sans didnât struggle, he let her drape her arms round him. It had been awhile⊠He chuckled a little, enjoying her attention. âShure I do dollâ he coaxed. Cracking a smile. He had to admit the attention felt good. Lazari moved back to stand infront of him, âwell I might need abit of helpâ she smiled, this one was different. He was slower, most guys would of wlaked her to their rooms, but she guessed he liked the attention. She moved for dropping her arms over his shouders again this time she moved her face close to his, âdo you think you could help?â Her words came a a whisper. Sans looked at her bubs, which in all fairness were about at his eye level. Her whispers made him shiver. He smiled again, looking up at her. âDonât mind if I doâ he chuckled. Going to unbutton her shirt. Lazari smiled knowing she won him over by the hairs on her head, she leaned foreword kissing around his neck gently. She pulled back after a few seconds âwhoâs study is this?â Sans smirked keeping his eyes on her, âmine of course dollâ he told her. He brought his had to her face caressing her cheek, going in for a kiss. She smiled happy to see she wouldnât be cought for a second time, but she felt abit disappointed that she had found no clues. She let him kiss her and she leaned down kissing him back, how would she get the evidence to prove her case. Her eyes flashed fear for a second, was this Gaster? Was she kissing the murderer? No. No, he canât be Gaster. Lazari rested her arms on his shoulders, one going to the back of his neck. She lightly traced her finger on the back of his neck in small teasing patterns. During the kiss, Sans pulled out a knife from his sleeve. Quickly turning her around, holding it to her throat. The other hand gripped firmly on her arm, pulling her close to him. âAlright doll, start talkinâ he sneered, restraining her the best he could. âWhat are you doin âere?â he asked forcefully. Lazari let out a small cry from the shock, her mind didnât think before throwing her elbow into his ribs. Sans tensed, tightening his grip on Lazari. âDoesnât hurt, as much as you think it doesâ he smirked. Pressing the knife in her throat making a small cut, ânow your gonna tell me what I wanna know, capicheâ he asserted. Lazari could now feel the cool knife press into her skin and soon felt the sting of it cutting into her skin. Stupid move, stupid move. She coughed lightly her body shaking as she gave him an answer, âI-Iâm a detective, a friend was murdered and they worked for a man called the man who speaks in hands. It was my only lead, I came here a few days ago but I didnât see Gaster to ask him questions.â She shut her eyes tight praying for her not to die yet, not when she hadnât got justice for the innocent. Sans tightened his grip on her arm, âwell to bad sweet cheeks, Iâm one one the only monsters livin 'ereâ he snarled. âItâs just you and meâ Sans whispered. His voice was eerily calm, for a monster, threatening to slit someoneâs throat. The dame couldnât see it, but Sans was smiling. Some how he enjoyed, her fear. He wasnât going to confirm or deny he knew Gaster, or his whereabouts. He wasnât gonna be a rat. Lazari took in a sharp breath with his tight grip on her arm, t-this was Gaster, It had to be. He was younger and shorter then she expected but being in this situation. Her mind raced looking for a way out, but nothing came to mind. If only she could get out of his grip she could turn invisible and make a run for it, her magic power was low from useing so much of it earlier. âYou shouldnât have come hereâ Sans spoke. âDicks (detective) like you arenât welcome, without a warrantâ he added. He just wanted to know, how much she knew about Gaster and his business. Sans knew he couldnât keep this up for much longer. Sooner or later his father would come through that door. And heâd have to kill her then. Deciding to take the risk Lazari lifted her hand Grabing his wrist that was holding the knife and bit down hard on the joint, his grip lossed enough for her to role under his arm. She kept hold of his wrist bringing it with her as she went round to his back; so she now she had his arm behind his back. âYou know, you guys have the strength but you all seam to lack the brain.â Sans seemed rather impressed with her skill. But she was quite wrong about the brains. He nodded towards another him, standing not too far away from them. The other Sans had summoned two blasters pointing them towards Lazari. Sans knew he was safe, she hadnât noticed him teleport away quickly. Creating a copy of himself, in Lazariâs grasp. âYou did a good job Dollâ he paused. âBut not good enoughâ he smiled, ready to shoot if necessary. Lazari looked around confused âwhat!â She kicked the one she was holding forward and backed away, what soft of magic was this. âSorry sweetie I ainât into threesoms,â she held up one of her arms ready to defend herself. She could feel the adrenalin in her veins, and she soon saw the purple swirls appear on her arm, along with the burning trailing her skin. She didnât want to use it but she was going to have to. Both Sansâ looked at Lazari, and in tandem they spoke. âNow Scram, before I change my mindâ they said harshly. Both of them started walking towards her. The blasters hovered menacingly in the air. Sans mind was crystal clear, he knew what he had to do. She had seen his face, and knew what he was capable of⊠Lazari took another step back, she hated running but she was the one in the wrong. She also wasnât stupid enough to turn her back on him. âSorry hun but I havenât been here before, I donât know how to leave.â She smiled her arm shaking as the power begged to be released, she trusted this guy like she trusted a cat with a ðƞËâcanerieðƞËâ. Both of them rolled their eyes. One held his hand out to her. âIâll take youâ he sighed. âThis is the only favour Iâm givin yaâ he added. The other Sans, who was closer to her, just stood there motionless watching her. She looked at his hand then back to him, âha you think I could trust you after that stunt,â she laughed. She wasnât stupid, she thought to herself of how she could get away though. Sans de summoned the blasters. âCome on, if I wanted you dead. You would be alreadyâ he pointed out. It was all true. She would have been dead, from the moment he walked in, if he felt like it. but he was off the clock and was willing to be merciful. The only problem was, she knew who he was. She looked him up and down, this wasnât Gaster, unless he was playing tricks with her. Lazari lowered her hands to her hips, feeling the burning dieing. She looked down quickly to make sure all the swirls were gone before carrying on. âFine Iâll trust you, but only because your a good kisser,â she smirked. The Sans closest to her disappeared and Sans smiled at her comment, he knew she probably didnât mean it. But annual comment, even a lie was good enough for him. âAlright Doll, take my armâ he smiled, offering her his arm, in a gentlemanly way. Lazari did up the buttons of her shirt he had undone, and pulled her skirt down trying to look more decent. She pushed her distrust down as she took his arm. âI still donât trust you,â she stated showing that she was still on gaurd, just in case he tried anything. âI knowâ he chuckled. Sans snapped his fingers and they both appeared outside, by the front door. âYou did pretty well dollâ he commended, very impressed with her skill. To bad it was wasted being a dick (detective). Lazari stumbled forward but she quickly used her other arm grabbing Sans arm, her eyes tried to focuse on the ground that was now beneith her. For a second she had been standing on nothing and it felt like she was falling, she shook her head from the dizzyness still leaning over. âErgh, what was that?â Once over the sickness she let go of his arm standing up and pretty, she looked down seeing her torn skirt. âYou donât have the power to make clothes do you?â She asked smirking. Lazari wasnât interested in him but what girl didnât like the attention. âI feel like Iâll have a few problems on the way home if I go like this.â Sans shook his head smiling, âno sorry dollâ he apologized. She was right, he wouldnât be much of a gentleman, if he let her walk home like that. He thought for a moment, âwait here a secâ he smiled teleporting inside the house. âOh thank Asgore he didnât take me aswell,â she was happy not having to go through that again; she waited outside for him to return. Sans grabbed a large fur coat, from a closet. That should be big enough, he thought to himself. Before teleporting back in front of her. âEre you go, dollâ he smiled handing her the coat. She looked at him in surprise âwhat? N-no I canât take that.â She smiled at his generosity âitâs ok Iâll just stay hidden till I get home.â âNah donât worry itâs fakeâ he chuckled, still holding out the coat. âItâs not worth a dimeâ he added. They had plenty of em, in the basement, Sans was sure they wouldnât miss one. She smiled taking the coat and wrapping it over her shoulders, âthank you.â The fur may be fake but it felt nice, âknow we didnât meet the best way but. Iâd like to know your name?â She asked curiosity getting to her, he couldnât be Gaster. Maybe he was related to that other skeleton she ment. Sans smirked, she was right they hadnât. âWelp, you where the one who broke into my houseâ he chuckled. He held out his hands for a handshake, âThe names Handsâ he introduced himself. Sans didnât want her to know his real name. So he went for the first thing that popped into his head. Completely forgetting, about her investigations. âWatta bout you?â He asked, giving her a devilish smile. She smirked taking his hand "Amy," she deciding not to give her real name. "Well thanks for the coat Hands, I should brake into yours more often" she joked but thought that might be abit far. He was still dangerous and she was tired and not up to a fight. Sans gave a jolly laugh, she seemed to catch on pretty quickly. "Heh, nice to meet ya" he shook her hand before letting go. "You best be on your way lady" he advised. "Right" she nodded agreeing, she gave him one last look "good bye." Before she twisted on her going to walk away. Sans watched her walk off, before remembering she still had his knife. "Hey Doll, mind givin back my shiv" he called after her, raising an eyebrow. "Oh right" she faked a smile walking back, she didn't get away with it. Placing his knife in his hands, "Here." Before turning on her heels, to go home again. Sans watched her walk off, for a while. Before teleporting back inside.
