question for (not exclusively but mainly) artists: which character look do you consider the "right" one? the one from concept art or the final in-game model? or maybe it depends on the character?

of course, many characters stayed (at least somewhat) loyal to their concept art design (like niko, jacob, packie, etc)... and then there are characters like... dimitri

my favourite thing to do while doing three leaf clover mission was take these three to cluckin' bell with me and force them to watch niko eat four burgers in a row (like niko was eating for all of them)

and because I kept failing the mission I just had to make sure I'd stop for those damn burgers

and they just stared at niko like this
