The "We Don't Talk About Bruno" performance at the Oscars was one of the biggest let downs I've ever seen...

As someone with anxiety, Pepa playing with her hair to calm down is one of the most relatable things I've ever seen in a movie ;-; It's such a small part, but I LOVE it! <3

So I plan on ordering the Encanto funko pops soon, I have to say, Funko missed the opportunity to have some cool chases for some of the characters. Like for Bruno, he could have had 2 chases, one being Hernando (Bruno with his hood up) and one with Jorge (Bruno with a bucket on his head). AND of course Isabela after she starts expressing herself!

Encanto AU where the Madrigals got curses instead of "gifts"

What if…instead of being blessed with gifts, the Madrigal families were given curses instead?

-Julieta’s curse is her food poisons people instead of healing them

-Pepa’s curse is she can only produce destructive weather. No sunshine and rainbows. Just sleet, heavy rains, tornados, etc.

-Bruno’s curse is instead of seeing visions (whether good or bad) he just sees peoples’ deaths.

-Isabela’s curse is instead of creating life, she kills everything she touches

-Dolores hears everything BUT is mute so she can’t tell people what she hears

-Camilo shapeshifts uncontrollably into monsters and scares the townsfolk

-Luisa is strong but clumsy and ends up breaking everything heavy she lifts up

-Antonio can only talk to animals and is completely nonverbal with people

If one of the Madrigals had identical twins, is there a possibility the twins could have the same gift?

I love the double meaning of "HES HERE" at the end of the We Don't Talk About Bruno song. Because it's referring to Mariano coming to the house AND Bruno being here at the house. Great writing!

Honestly, We Don't Talk About Bruno gives me the same hype as other Disney villain songs like Hellfire, Gaston, etc etc. JUst an all around GREAT song!

If I could change Encanto

LOVE the film, BUT one thing that pissed me off in the end is Bruno apologizing to everyone, when in reality...THEY should have apologized to HIM. Especially since he did nothing wrong, and was shunned by his whole family because of his mom. I REALLY wish they would have had Bruno not forgive Abuela Alma so dang quickly. Shunning your child and turning everyone against them is so @busive and destroys a person's mind. She should have had to earn back his love, his presence, and him being in her life. I'm just saying. #BrunoDidNothingWrong

Encanto shorts

After watching Encanto, I LOVE the movie. One thing I REALLY REALLY want is for Disney to do shorts of Bruno reconnecting with each of his sisters, his brothers in law, his mom, and each of his nieces and nephews! Just like an hour long special where he's with each member of the Madrigals and just bonding! Bruno deserves it!
