Cosplayer Lisa B. is back with snaps of her new classic costumes. I’m particularly smitten with the attention to detail in the Nevada shots - the detonator and explosion is a nice touch!
If you’d like to see more of Lisa, check out her Croft Couture feature, and TR II Tibetan Foothill tribute!
Cosplay: Tomb Raider II set by Lisa B.
Cosplayer Lisa B, who was previously featured in Croft Couture, returns with a stunning set of photos of Lara as seen in the Tibetian Foothils of Tomb Raider Il. There is nothing about these images that is not pitch-perfect. I especially love the glimpse of a Sola wetsuit in the final image.Â
Croft Couture #4: Lisa B.Â
The Tomb Raider fandom is full of talented artists, entertainers, and perhaps most notably, phenomenal cosplay talent. “Croft Couture” aims to showcase these lovely and dedicated ladies, and give Lara costumers a spot to share their experiences while dressed as gaming’s leading lady.Â
Lisa’s striking set of silhouettes are what first caught my eye about her cosplay, but a portfolio full to the brim of AAA Croft cosplay is what kept me coming back. I highly recommend visiting Lisa’s website and browsing through her gallery of work - the ten snaps above hardly do it justice!

Q&A
What first drew you to the Tomb Raider franchise, and what initially inspired you to cosplay as Lara Croft?
I discovered Tomb Raider with my best friend Cindy (alias Moncolsplay) in 2004. She played Tomb Raider and it was like love at first sight. I immediately hooked up with the Tomb Raider Franchise. Three years later, we started the Tomb Raider cosplay experience after discovering it on the web.
What Lara Croft costume did you tackle first?
My first Lara Croft costume was the Catsuit from Tomb Raider III because chance willed that I already had everything I needed to create the outfit.
What is your favorite Lara Croft ensemble?
Definitely the classic! Lara Croft without her turquoise blue shirt is not really Lara Croft like Indiana Jones with his hat!
What Croft costumes are still on your roster?
I have few costumes on my roster but I don’t want to talk about it for now. I love surprises…
Which Lara costume was the most difficult to construct? Was it due to a particular garment or prop?
The most difficult costume to construct for me was the classic Legend outfit. The result was never finished so that’s why there are no photos about.
Lara Croft’s lifestyle is full of intrigue and adventure. Do you have any memorable photoshoots or convention appearances that pay tribute to Lara’s lifestyle?
My most memorable photoshoot was the Underworld diving outfit where the stones were sliding and the sea was agitated but photos are wonderful. Also my last photoshoot with Tomb Raider II aviator. You don’t especially see the snow on the photos because it was the beginning of the storm, but my boyfriend and I were on the top of the mountain. A few minutes after our arrival on-site the temperature was suddenly diving. We were frozen and particularly me with my tiny shorts. Lara is crazy to go to a mountain with a such tiny shorts!
Along the same lines, what’s the most exotic location you’ve traveled to?
I live in the south of France and it is a wonderful place because there are several different landscapes so I don’t need to go so far for taking photos.
What about Lara’s physical strength or mental prowess most inspires you? Has this, or your desire to cosplay Lara, influenced your daily life?
For me, Lara has her own way of thinking and many girls or women want it to live a more exciting life. I make often expeditions through the country with my boyfriend. It’s when I’m climbing a mountain or I explore a forest I feel like Lara Croft. When you discover the beauty of nature.
