The self indulgence at the thought of obgyn!fem!reader meeting Mel and Langdon during an emergency deliver in the ED.

A mom comes in to the ER and needs a emergency delivery similar to the surrogate in episode 11 and the reader is called down from L&D to assist with the birth. That’s where reader mets Langdon and Mel who are assisting in the delivery. Similar to episode 11, Mel assists in delivering the baby while Langdon tends to the mother with nurses Jesse and Princess.

After, reader is talking to Mel talking to her about how well Mel did in assisting and reader ends up asking Mel for her number, Mel gives reader number thinking she is making more friends as that is what Mel seems to desire in the show as well as fitting in. All while Frank is watching the scene unfold and can’t tell if he’s jealous of reader or Mel and figures out he likes both Mel and reader….

All this leading up to Mel, Frank, and Reader spending more time together and coming to terms with them all liking each other leading to a power throuple…
