Accurate: my sister has dyslexia and doesn’t like subtitles. They change too quickly for her and she can’t ignore them. I like them but turn them off when we watch something together.

Not liking subtitles is not a character flaw (nor is being a slow reader). Preferring subtitles is not a character flaw (nor is having difficulty hearing). Thinking you’re superior to other people on the basis of subtitles is a pretty glaring one.
