why i think post-toy story 1 buzz lightyear would have the freedom motif (a crackpot theory by me)

so in chapter 5, seam revealed to us that shadow crystals are made by the power of lost dreams, and since buzz kind of lost his dream of defeating zurg and protecting the galaxy by realizing he was a mass-produced toy (and you know, being a space ranger and all that) i think he'd have one, and he was essentially broken free from his programming that all the buzz toys have by default, so he's the first one to truly gain sentience.
