A restaurant that screams St. Clair ownership, Mistral’s is a stylish brasserie with a distinct vibe. Top chef, Michel Dubois, welcomes you to an experience he hopes will keep you coming back for more. The food at Mistral’s is impeccable, the drinks provocative, and its setting vibrant and alluring. Alongside owner Maya Alliot, Chef Dubois and his team have created a menu full of French culinary masterpieces that are both classic and innovative. The menu, which includes handmade pasta, expertly prepared meats, fishes, and rotating daily specials, is complemented by their collection of baked in-house bread.
Maya Alliot has dedicated hours to ensuring that the restaurant sources all of the best French and American wines. The drinks menu also offers a series of unique cocktails with the hopes of giving their patrons nothing but the best service. Mistral’s has two different points of entry, allowing for private dining experience if such privacy is requested. Outside of the normal seating area there are two private rooms: Allure and Lux.
Allure has a separate and private entrance on the primary side of the building. Once inside, guests will enjoy completely privacy. Allure offers seating for thirty-two guest at two long tables, or thirty guests at three round tables. The room is an extension of the main brasserie, but seeks to offer a more luxurious experience. The Lux room, located on the lower level of Mistral’s, is typically reserved for St. Clair loyalists and their company. It is an incredibly intimate and private room that only offers seating for twelve guests at a large table, making it the perfect place for meetings they’d rather keep quiet.
