Hey so I probably won’t leave right away but I am fairly concerned about art production re: tumblr, since they’ve tagged a whole shit ton of totally non-sexual posts from my art blog as NSFW, so, uhhhhh

I use twitter rather cautiously because my family follows me there, but if you follow me there I’ll eventually link to where I end up for realzies. I’m also going to try to hang out there more/post more art.

I literally have no idea how to use instagram and last used it over a year ago but I guess I’m going to try to learn how to use it???

At some point I’ll probably get a pillowfort and/or a mastodon or wherever it is we’re all exodus-ing to. I’ll reblog this when I do but GUESS WHAT I’ll probably be Mitochondriart there, too!

This whole thing is a real bummer, man, but at least I’ll be free of long ziti if this site implodes.

So I have to draw a ton of crops for a project I’m working on, which isn’t... really that exciting? I am a person-drawing-kind-of-artist first and foremost. But, hey, I think this soy came out pretty well, and I think this is going to be a good way for me to push out of my comfort zone a bit.

I screwed up my right arm again somehow (it's been weird for more than a week, and I'm trying to fix it, but... that is my lot in life, thank you faulty connective tissue disorder), so I'm finally committing to trying to teach myself to draw lefty. I've tried before but always get bored and frustrated, so I figured this time instead of drawing lines and boxes and circles, I'll try to draw through the Pokedex. I'm doing one sheet a day, so this is the past four days of Pokemon. I think I'm actually making some progress! Just... Don't look at Raichu. Please, please don't look at Raichu. Its very existence is an affront to god and science.
