When you're depressed but you've got shit to do.

One of those things about depression. Zero motivation to do anything, and then can't even convince yourself to do shit for a reward because nothing sounds worth anything or enjoyable at all. Rewards have zero point.

I am once again on the waitlist to go into hospital for ECT.

In the meantime my doctor is putting me on stimulants to see if it can give me even the tiniest bit of energy. God I hope.
