I once got an oc for when I wanted to draw myself and recently I was wondering what I wanted to look like if I do a new self oc. So here is my little demon, it's only a faint line for now but it feels satisfying.

I finally ended it! She changed from the first idea I have and can still be strange in function how you look at it.

Finding old pictures of old piece of art

The first studio I lived, in years ago, I didn't get to do much at first when I got home from work. So I find pictures on the internet and try to draw them back and then inking the page. I found that I somehow improved my drawing by doing that.

I took these pictures, and the other one, but I won't put them here was taken before I took them away, and before leaving the place.

To train me I keep remaking and black inking art I saw and like - better say it improves nothing - but god that I loved looking at those walls

I started wanting to make a small painting for a friend

She is one of the reasons why I fell back into the desire to complete my collection of Bella Sara cards. She collects cards of all kinds, and even if it’s not a universe that fascinates her as much as me, I had fun finding boosters for us to open them together.

So for that I decided to make him a small painting around the theme of Bella Sara without it being too equestrian.

I found wooden letters and saw that I really like mixed media effects (see my painting of the Chinese dragon)

And I chose to take the key phrase of Thunder, because I know that she likes "dark" universes, but also because it is one of the messages I would like to convey about her.

For the black background of course, after details, the emblematic lightning of Thunder as well as a snow persian - this flowers is also the symbole of renewal. (Thunder is the protector of this flower, only mentioned in the Sunflower collection - we even joke about the name of this collection since the name in French had been wrongly trad as 'solar flower' "Fleurs du Soleil")

The background is in acrylic paint and detailed with oil pastels.

Next is to put the letters.

And we're done.

I found back writing and tentative doodles of two characters around the movie Spacemen (2024)

I'm doing a patchwork jacket so first a jacket and some patch that I can relate to - dog is watching me.

So first put the patchs on it, cheating with iron-on patch.

Then you take out the pins collection, ok only half of it can do the work :
