Throwback Thursday. I was a chubby-chub for sure, but I have always been a cheeseball. That's not changing. lol !!! (Yes, I still play in the toy section at stores 😃😊👏🏽). What I did change, were my habits. I'm about 59.8 kg on most days. I ended the challenge at 58.5 kg. I made solid habits. I made goals that made me nervous. I risked big, and gained my health back. Now, I'm raising the bar. I'm competing against my #250kchallenge final self and me now. ....yo-yo diets don't work. Yesterday's workout was good. Today is Freakmode. I am having fun. ....I've been having a good time last month, lifting heavy. This month, I am going to start slowly dialing in on my macros again, my Birthday is in July and I want to look like a strong, healthy 36 year old woman. ..... It's Transformation Tuesday! For anyone reading this, it can be done without Yo-Yo dieting. There comes a time when age/hormones will say, "Girl stop. I ain't stunting your craziness", lol. And the weight on the scale WON'T budge. It's got to be a lifestyle change.. .....You can run through my Instagram. I don't use filters on my progress pics/videos. I didn't even use make-up on my Final 250kchallenge pics. Nope. Each of my progress updates, I'm still me, looking healthy. I'm not doing well timed headshots/poses. That belly is ALL me, all the time, haha. I'm being blunt, because I know there are folks out there who will take yo-yo dieting to an unhealthy point. Don't. Be motivated, but not haunted by someone else's fit journey. They might not even look like that after a competition, or outside of that filter. Your journey is unique to you.
