Reblogging for tags. Oh, and cat.
Turkish oil wrestling - probably the best sport ever invented.
From: The Beefmaster - http://thebeefmaster.tumblr.com/
reblogging again because I went on wikipedia to see if there’s maybe an explanation for all of the hands-in-pants
turns out shoving your arm in the other guy’s pants is how you win
god bless this sport
What.
god im so happy
*jawdrop*
I want to play.
god bless the turks
I am glad to live in a world where oily pants-rummaging is a sport.

I would love to do this, but with interchangeable short and long hair caps and trouser suits as well as dresses. Let's see short hair and dresses! Long hair and trousers! All of the mixtures!
Google’s Bisexual Problem If one of the biggest companies in the world decides to erase your identity, will anyone notice?
BiNet USA president Faith Cheltenham goes on HuffPost!Gay to takes on Google (and the silent complicity of the organized Gay/Lesbian Community) over it’s continuing block of the word bisexual from its Auto Complete and Instant Search features
To provide Google with more feedback, visit here.
IMPORTANT! Please follow the link, complain to Google and then SIGNAL BOOST
Remember back in June when Cheltenham blogged that she was planning this article? Well, google have responded and it’s not great news. Don’t forget to send google your feedback as well as reblogging.
You can read fuller versions of some of the comments from bi people that Cheltenham uses in her HuffPo piece here at her blog.
I’d forgotten about this when I was tsking at @Google’s Head of Diversity @PalmerEdgecumbe’s “We want our employees who are gay or lesbian or transgender to have the same experience outside the office as they do in the office” comment he made when he announced their legalize love campaign…
Also, not that two of the three Google @adsense ads at the top of Cheltenham’s blog spell bisexual wrong. The other is for a “lesbian” (lesbian and bisexual) site. *shakes fist at adsense*
I love the smell of erasure in the morning...
stop it, mom!

Kurt Vonnegut’s Rules for the Short Story 1. Use the time of a total stranger in such a way that he or she will not feel the time was wasted. 2. Give the reader at least one character he or she can root for. 3. Every character should want something, even if it is only a glass of water. 4. Every sentence must do one of two things–reveal character or advance the action. 5. Start as close to the end as possible. 6. Be a sadist. No matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them–in order that the reader may see what they are made of. 7. Write to please just one person. If you open a window and make love to the world, so to speak, your story will get pneumonia. 8. Give your readers as much information as possible as soon as possible. To heck with suspense. Readers should have such complete understanding of what is going on, where and why, that they could finish the story themselves, should cockroaches eat the last few pages.
