1. (referring to this) Thank you! The yellowing is actually a few yellowish color fill layers set to soft light. There's a vibrance layer with the vibrance set back to -74 and the saturation set to +47 (this simplifies the colors and makes the yellows stand out). To keep the highlights from being too jaundiced, I added a color fill layer set to divide, opacity 22%, #bc7e69. After that, I messed with some selective color layers (no special settings, just to make the caps work). Hope that helps!

2. (referring to this one) Thanks! I used gradient maps: 1. was light blue on left, white on right, set to multiply, 74% opacity. (This cools down the warm hues of the Les Mis caps). 2nd gradient map layer was olive green on left, lighter olive green on right, set to divide, 52% opacity. (This is important!! It makes the highlights bluish.) Then I add a few selective color layers and amp up the cyans, yellows, and greens, and make sure there's pink in there somewhere so everyone doesn't look dead. I add a gradient map layer (set to hard light, 56% opacity, warm brown on left, mauve on right). After all of that, everything looked a bit washed out, so I added a vibrance layer and amped up both the vibrance and the saturation a bit.

(Basically Complicatedly, there's lots of different things going on at once with the color. Just make sure your highlights don't end up harsh yellow and that your background isn't bright magenta or something, experiment a ton with with gradient maps, and you'll be good.)

I just about died when I saw this dress. I have a mighty need for this entire outfit. Out of all her outfits I saw from production photos, this was my absolute favorite. I definitely wouldn’t mind recreating this piece in the future. 

The Wikipedia article says it takes place in 19th century England, but this looks very Edwardian. Although, it could be 1900, which still technically falls under late Victorian. But I will tag it as both if anyone should need to find it either way. (: If anyone knows anything further about the details, please feel free to share with us. It’s most appreciated.
