Designed an illyrian body plan that balances book canon, aesthetics, and "realism" to my liking. Worldbuilding flying humans often comes down to how strong your ignorance and suspension of disbelief is :) In the case of ACOTAR though, we can just hand wave it and say black box magic is doing 99% the work.

Happy final day of @nessianweek from myself and @melphss 🩵 We agreed that if there's one thing that Nesta and Cassian deserve after the events of canon, it's a nice honeymoon! A relaxing vacation where they can be soft and happy and in love and mated 🥺

They stroll through the streets of the Day Court, and Nesta makes them stop at every book store, but Cassian doesn't mind because he loves the way she smiles and her blue eyes spark when a particularly good book grabs her attention. He then buys out the whole store just for her like the simp he is

I like to imagine how my favorite fictional couples would spend their time together, sharing experiences and enjoying simpler activities, because these moments provide knowledge about the other, what makes them who they are. For my first submission today, I asked Léo to illustrate Cassian teaching Nesta how to make a recipe, but, just like in the scene where Nesta makes the bracelet frustrated with the result 🤭, she would love to learn and share with him these more domestic activities, but not without getting frustrated during the process, and Cassian would be all silly, feeling lucky that Nes was there with him.

This was the first time I had the opportunity to work with Léo, and I loved every step of the process ❤️
