Trump’s peace plan is an absolute hack. It concedes everything to Israel while making false promises to the Palestinians. The right of return and “a part of” East Jerusalem as their Capital only if they “demonstrate proper statehood”. What a joke. It’s already being rejected by the Palestinians as such, and much of the Arab world is following suit.
Now Trump is urging the Israelis to begin annexation of Palestinian land, even though the plan was outright rejected. They’re using this as an excuse to steal Palestinian territory. It will also be used again in the future as an example of “Palestinians rejecting peace”. So the next time Israel bombs the hell out of impoverished Palestinian civilians, they can point a finger and say “you didn’t want peace, it’s your fault!”.
Under the cut, you’ll find about 130 gifs of Nat Wolff, specifically from his role as Rick Stevens in Behaving Badly. This is Part Two of Who Knows How Many, but they’re all made by me. Some of them are… not great, but c'est la vie! There’s boobs and drugs and just terrible behavior throughout the movie, so discretion is advised with these gifs. Likes or reblogs are appreciated, but mostly just use them well.

Kristina doesn’t do nicknames. Growing up, her parents never called her anything other but “Kristina”, so when her american friends, teachers and boyfriends try to refer to her as anything else she immediately corrects them, because at the end of the day she is proud of the name her parents gave her. “Kris”or “Kristya” is a ridiculous shortening of her name, and anything affectionate-sounding just seems silly. Likewise, Kristina refuses to call anyone by anything but their given names. When asked why, her answer is always the same: “Because that’s not your name?”
[ character traits. ]
[ + ] SHREWD: She is an astute judge, a staunch observer. There is power in remaining aloof and watching the world before diving in. Some consider her unpleasant at times, for this reason, but Kristina knows that it is safer to know the battlefield, know the opponent, before setting foot on it. She likes to know everything about everyone – it makes her feel safer, more powerful, and certainly with an upper hand. She always has her wits about her in this sense, and her sagacious nature will never prove her wrong.
[ + ] BIBLIOPHILE: Kristina has narrow taste in literature, but her years in some of the states most prestigious, private academies has allowed her the privilege of sampling some works that had a significant influence on her, for better or worse. She adores Ernest Hemingway, Atul Gawande, Samuel Shem and Mary Roach.
[ + ] DETERMINED. While ambition is normally considered a good thing, this could be a questionable placement for that particular trait. Top of her class at Harvard, she was sure to make greater waves in the days to come. She’s driven by a hunger to achieve, and her aspirations were long poisoned by insatiability. Ruled by a wicked competitive streak, none of it it’s enough. When she sets her mind to something, there’s nothing that Kristina won’t do to achieve it.
[ - ] PERFECTIONISTIC: She’s incredibly overcritical of herself, and of others. If something is not one right, if something is not said right, there is no use in indulging in it at all; she will work himself to the bone to do right, and to make sure that all things are in their proper place. Kristina is constantly striving to be her best, and pushing those around her to do the very same. Perhaps this is because she knows what is at stake should she displease the Lesyas – or perhaps she is simply that girl.
[ - ] SOLITARY: Her independence makes her a bit of a loner; Kristina has trouble letting people in, and has trouble merely making light conversation if the fancy doesn’t strike her. And she prefers to be on her own - she can remain focused without distraction, and just generally enjoys the sound of silence more than that of a chattering palace or a loud party. She is aloof, and can often be perceived as rude because of this – and sometimes she is rude, in the pursuit of some goddamn peace and quiet.
[ - ] JUDGEMENTAL: She knows good and well that she can be quite the judgmental ass, and she has no intention of changing that. What good is she if she’s just as indecisive and confusing in her opinion of people ? And she has every right to judge each and every soul about her – Lesya and Rosteks alike. Kristina does her best not to voice her judgements on a regular basis, but the ridiculousness and falseness of the world around her sometimes warrants it. See the good in everyone – but call their shit.
[ headcanon. two. ]
Kristina has never been good with words, but they always seem to come more easily when they’re put into letters to her parents. She rarely sends the letters she writes; the last thing she wants is for her family to think that she is desperately unhappy, that she misses them too much to keep afloat. But she writes, nevertheless; though the ratio is not one set in stone, she sends one letter for every five written – and the four that are unsent contain more heartfelt confession than anything she would dare say to anyone. In the unsent letters, she writes of her sister, of the Lesyas with which she works, of the Rosteks who terrify and vilify every day – she writes of her fears, of her trials and tribulations, but her parents will never know of that. She tells them that she misses them, that she misses home, that she misses her sister – but they can never know just how much. Should they find the ashen remains of unsent letters at the bottom of the fireplace, they would see the storm beneath the placid surface.. And so she writes, and she writes, and she writes. On parchment, on bits of paper from feed bags, on napkins. She writes, because she thinks it will give them hope, that it will keep them tethered – the last thing she wants is to feel distance between she and her parents; if the world changes, if she changes, if she truly, takes a stand, then the tether cannot break. And as far as she knows, the letters will be all they have.

[ headcanons. one. ]
She has to have cold air while she sleeps. Kristina finds that when her room is colder at night she sleeps better. It is less stuffy and she does not feel as if there is not enough air in the room for her to breathe. It can be the dead of winter and her window is open a crack. Remember that horrible snow storm that hit St. Petersbourgh a few years ago? The one where every station said to stay in doors and everything was cancelled? Ice Age 2.0. Almost. Kristina had her window cracked open while she slept because her bedroom was too warm and suffocating. She will toss and turn if she does not have some form of cooling air while she sleeps. She would rather be cold than hot. With the colder air, she can add more blankets and wrap herself in them or make the body that is sharing her bed seek her body heat.
She’s a person of habits. Kristina has at least a cup of tea a day. Double checks to make sure things are turned off/locked before she leaves her home or goes to bed. Sleeps with the window completely open or a crack.
She does have a perfectionism when it comes to her job with the Lesyas. She’s extremely hard-working: tending to work with energy and commitment; diligent. Her entire life, she has sacrificed everything to further herself. As a teenager, she became the introvert with very few friends in order to study and launch herself into Harvard Medical School.
She’s intelligent: having or showing intelligence, especially of a high level. Kristina can look at a situation and analyse it, possessing a logical mind which is ripe for debate and keen to learn. Quick witted and able to think on her feet, she possesses both social and book intelligence.
She is most often seen wearing clothes that are stiff, formal and by some descriptions, boring. To work, Kristina often wears dresses and skirts, usually black, grey or white – or a combination of the three. This attitude has carried over to the rest of her wardrobe, with softer clothing such as leggings and clothes to lounge around in hard to find, as well as bold and bright colours.
She prides herself on conquering her fears. Kristina tells herself that she is afraid of nothing, that there is not anything she cannot master if she puts her mind to it – that she has nothing to be afraid of. However, she knows she is only kidding herself – that there is a lot to be scared of. Primarily, she is afraid for the fate of her sister. She’s even more afraid about how that will blow up on her. Her main fears are centred on her sister’s well-being – and always have been.
She has nightmares in which Emilia is being taken away from her family – how it all happened and the fact that she wasn’t there to help her. She is powerless to watch as she is dragged out, screaming and calling after her. She will always wake up in a cold sweat, ashamed at how she didn’t reach out to her when she needed her the most. These nightmares have resulted in Kristina being unable to sleep very long into the night, if at all. While she’s chosen to ignore it and claim that it’s the effects of stress, there is a very good chance that she may be showing the traits of insomnia.
She is quite a private person, and would never confide her secrets in someone unless she was in dire need or needed something specifically. That way, she can be sure that her secrets remain hidden, trapped within the crevices of her own mind where there is no chance of escape. If she keeps them to herself, then there can be no doubt over whether they will come out and ruin her. If people try to guess them, she will find a way of changing the topic of conversation – determined not to let them read her or guess what it is that she’s keeping hidden.
Ten years from now, make sure you can say that you chose your life, you didn’t settle for it.
