no. personally i think the characterization is absolutely incorrect, even the author said she had issues with it. also most the really good scenes are stolen from other people. enough mlm have had issues with the sexualizing of two underage boys in the fic and the homophobic tropes pushed on them in it. however several people have said they don’t have issues with it. for me, the characterization is just wrong and i don’t like it. and i also prefer taller sirius unless the fic is really good and atyd isn’t good enough for that. i think this fandom is just lacking in so much content everyone just clinged to it because it’s so long and detailed

i guess this isn’t necessarily related to your blog but it is to your post abt shorter remus— i write shorter remus a lot of the time because i just prefer it that way, i’ve been writing a pretty long fic abt wolfstar and their years through hogwarts and remus is shorter. i’ve never like went into extreme detail about it and there was one sentence i wrote that people went off about for remus being shorter, all i wrote for my story was “It wasn’t as if Remus wasn’t tall, it’s just that out of the three of them he would’ve been the easiest to miss, in terms of height and outward demeanor anyway—“ and then it went on, but you’d be surprised at how many people really hate shorter remus even though it doesn’t impact the story lmao
right like ?? in the books sirius is taller, the wiki says sirius is shorter just because the actors and i hate the actor for sirius so much like he’s such a shit person. that’s one of my biggest issues, and most people that write tall remus and short sirius cling to stereotypes and get so upset if you write it a different way. like ??? chill maybe like tall remus is the majority anyway

exactly like canon peter can rot but he was their friend at one point and as much as i hated including him at first, he’s literally a different character in my world i don’t get why people get so bent out of shape when i sometimes include him like do they want me to make him kill people??
