Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Add the egg, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and chopped green onions to a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. The meatballs should be put in the slow cooker. Make a slurry by mixing water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour it over the slow-cooked meatballs. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are fully cooked. Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
