So this is my piece for Inktober day1, Poisonous. Basically a peak inside my head when I’m filled with self doubt and anxiety. It's about how poisonous our minds can be.

So I’m attempting inktober again. I don’t know if I’ll do it everyday but I’ll try. Last I did one day and had major panic attacks and depression after attempting. So I stopped. Let’s see how it goes this time.😅 PS. Don't look too closely. My inking is shitty 😂but that's why we doing this right?

This is another pattern cat. I have some other ideas for a pattern series. I’ve been doing these because they help me relax. And I’m still struggling with anxiety(which gets triggered by gaming and drawing most of the time) though it’s a lot better to manage now.

On the second page you will see the sketch I did of the cat first then I transferred it using a primitive technique. Fill a page with pencil and go over your drawing with that page between the drawing and where you want it to be transferred. I have no lightbox, graphite paper or tracing paper so that’s what I had to do, yo. 😂

So I did this at work too… Don’t judge, it was test day for the kids and I had nothing to do😂 I should be learning Japanese but I’m not allowed to use my laptop or cell phone at school and text books be expensive, yo. So yeah. That’s that. XD

More doodling. I like doodling to warm up before a another drawing or just to relax. I wanted to fill the entire page. My hand was so sore afterwards😅. It took me many hours to do.

I feel like I vomited pastel all over this drawing😹. I did two versions of this. One with a circle and one without. I couldn’t decide so I posted both.😹 I started this on my Wacom Intuos then I got the Huion Kamvas so I did the rest on it. I also began in sai then moved over to photoshop, I’m just more comfortable with that program. It’s taking me some time to get use to my new toy but I’m getting there. Here is to more drawings! 😸 … hopefully 😹

Just having me a lazy day. I have chores to do but I really don’t want to get off the couch.😹 This is me either watching YouTube, playing Animal Crossing pocket or browsing Pinterest.

I did this last week. I mean it’s not perfect or anything since I’ve been out of practice(Not that I was perfect before😂) . I did this at work(I have a lot of free time). Hopefully I will draw more. Who knows. Trying to not pressure myself into anything or else I stop drawing.

I got bored at work and was scribbling this in my sketchbook with my magical multicoloured ballpoint pen. Everyone uses them here. Some even have a clutch pencil option. It’s not a fantastic picture but yeah… Kinda like it. And I should post more often.. I guess🙄. 😂

By the by… Life update. I really like my job. I love my colleague’s and my students. They make working here feel effortless. I haven’t actually got to experience much of Japan… Because, you know, budget. But yeah. I like it so far. In China I cried for the first two weeks. And I didn’t here so that’s a plus. I also won a competition. I got a ticket to a maid café 🤣can’t wait for the cuteness overload. Or cringe not sure how I’ll feel yet. XD

So here’s the drawing I was working on. Its a kitty cat 😺 with my doodly pattern. I like doodling and cats so why not combine the two. I was going to make it just a silhouette with the pattern but I felt the uncovered face added something. Normally I switch the style of doodle mid doodle because I just do them randomly and go with the flow. But I tried to be a little consistent this time.
