Off Grid cooking with GRUB HUB kitchen. mogofreedom.com/shop/ #camping #campfire #campervan #travel #tent ##vwcamper #vwbus
NEW ALL IN ONE KITCHEN
Camp with a well organised kitchen. All essentials are ready in a suitcase that unfolds sink, counter, table, kitchen shelving and rack in 3 minutes.
Grub Hub® kitchen is paramount to the legendary American pursuit of convenience. The patented Grub Hub® stores and transports all camp kitchen gear then sets up in 3 minutes to provide table, stove support, workspace, lantern support and organisation needed for a complete campsite hub.
It is perfect for families, scouts, and al fresco parties on the beach.
“The impressively well-built Grub Hub® has ample table space, a sturdy spot for your two-burner stove, a kitchen sink (included, along with a bunch of other accessories), and supports for a gravity-fed water filter and a lantern."
Grub Hub® camp kitchen hauls all outdoor kitchen gear. It provides completely organised camping anywhere.
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy their time pursuing favourite sports like mountain biking, rock climbing, rafting and hiking - instead of organising the camp kitchen scene. The intelligent design of this 17kg heavy equipment is very convenient and practical. Just like at home, most activities centre around the “kitchen.” Without an easy, efficient and organised method of campsite cooking, excessive waste and negative impacts to the environment are much more likely.
The Grub Hub® camp kitchen supports and promotes a very sustainable camping methodology by providing highly organised cooking and working space, as well as support for lighting and water and other features such as air dry bags for cleaning solid dishes. The product's portability and functionalities assist campers in both setting up camp and working much more efficiently in the outdoor setting.
Examples of this are an attached rubbish container and rain protected kitchen roll. The entire ”gear sprawl" for cooking activities is highly contained. The well thought out features of the Grub Hub® make outdoor preparation of real meals, to fuel real activities, an easy task while reducing waste.
The product is compact and lightweight with an aluminium frame, moulded tables and expedition grade materials that reflect durability needed for serious outdoor use. The modular serviceable components provide a virtually unlimited service life for the unit as a whole.
For hunters, fishermen, mountain bikers, climbers, hikers, and others with a strong environmental ethic and appreciation for quality, the Grub Hub® is the perfect solution for organising camp while helping to reduce impacts on their favourite camping areas.
The price for Grub Hub® kitchen delivered (all costs included) to mainland UK is £645. The Grub Hub® kitchen comes as standard in Mogo models GO, FREE and DEN. Grub Hub® kitchen is displayed in Hall 2 on Stand 2232 at NCC Caravan Camping and Motorhome Show in Birmigham from 17th to 22nd of February 2015.
KEY FEATURES: Counter, sink, table and space for cooker Three shelves for storage. Protective bag for kitchen roll Rack for kitchen utensils Two drying racks for plates Foldable into the suitcase on wheels Minimal weight of 17kg Price £645 delivered (all costs included) to mainland UK

Mogo. Whatever your MO, just GO!
IS CAMPING COOL AGAIN?
Top Gear and popular culture destroyed the positive perception of camping in a caravan. - Is it time to free this bias? Is it time to take your MO and GO?
For many years now, caravanning culture has been widely derided by the media, fuelled by motorists ridiculing the communities who enjoy taking part in this heritage leisure pursuit.
Mogo Freedom looks set to challenge all our views on the humble caravan. When designing Mogo Matjaz Korosec and Ross Design from Germany followed the adage of less is more – the luxury lies in its simplicity.
Conceived after a period of downsizing, Korosec started looking for alternative, cost effective solutions that would enable taking holidays regardless of economic constraints. He and his family wanted to enjoy all the benefits of camping, but without the accompanying rigmarole. He and his family love outdoor activities. They needed to be able to transport bicycles, kayaks, kites and all manner of equipment easily and safely, but with a smaller vehicle than they had used previously. With a wealth of experience derived from working for caravan industry heavyweights Coachman, Fleetwood and Adria UK, Korosec created the concept for this transportable unit, determined to quash all commonly held preconceptions of caravanning as we know it.
Back in 1949, British designer Samuel Alper’s vision was to produce cheaper, lighter caravans for the masses. His mission came to fruition when the now world famous Sprite shape was launched in 1951, enabling families with regular sized vehicles to tow a mobile home and holiday at leisure; it proved to be the perfect antidote in times of great austerity.
Recycling this philosophy, the Mogo Freedom takes us back to basics – with an ethically produced unit, designed to enable the user to utilise the space with total flexibility. From an aesthetic perspective there are elements reminiscent of the familiar, nostalgic mobile homes of yesteryear, but with the capability to project any functionality, the result is in essence, totally modern.
Strong yet light, compact but deceptively spacious, and with a maximum load weight of 750kg, there is no need for a driver’s towing licence or a vehicle with an engine size exceeding 1.0 L. With such diminutive proportions, the Mogo Freedom is stored with ease inside the average domestic sized garage.
The unit core is constructed using ultra modern, super lightweight Banova® Balsa wood from renewable eco plantations. Innovative techniques have also been deployed on the walls of the Mogo, which are reinforced with newly developed plastics – normally used in the building industry, providing the unit with strength, thermal insulation and impact resistance. The specially designed tools and lamination technique by German producer Vöhringer introduced a new level of water ingress protection and durability previously not seen in the caravan industry. During the assembly all parts are bonded. All seams and door-frames are toughened with brushed aluminium for added protection and durability. To enhance the camping experience Mogo Freedom added two essential gadgets: a mobile kitchen for outdoor chefs and a prolonged supply of electrical power for modern nomads.
The mobile kitchen was invented by Joe Baughman, a camping enthusiast from Leeds, Utah, USA. During a camping trip to the picturesque, yet remote, Lake Powell, he became desperate to consolidate all epicurean gear into one kitchen unit. He patented the Grub Hub, a new compact system that is an outdoor workstation with tables, counter, a place for a stove, a lighting stand and of course the kitchen sink.
Good food goes with good music and music needs power. There is no better way to have fun powered by an environmentally sound solar panel. Hubi is crystalline solar panel that transfers light during the day into direct current electricity stored in the Lithium battery. The stored power can then be accessed through 12 Volt outlet, two USB chargers or enjoyed in the form of LED lights.
A single 10 Amper hour (Ah) Lithium battery with a 20 watt peak (wp) crystalline solar panel powers a laptop for 8 hours, charges a tablet 8 times, or a smart phone 15 times. Even in ever changing British weather conditions, the battery is fully charged in 7-10 hours using 20 wp capacity solar panel. -
Mogo Freedom is the most exciting camping alternative for active, digital-native camping enthusiasts who would like to spend time pursuing their outdoor activities instead of spending time setting up tents and kitchens. The Mogo Freedom promotes a lifestyle based on saving resources, providing limitless movement, free of all modern day restrictions. Regardless of chosen motivation, the Mogo Freedom allows users the opportunity to indulge themselves in whatever outdoor activity they wish to engage in.
Camping is cool, yet again.
