Hello!! You can call me Möhle, Mö, or whatever nickname you see fit, I'm not too worried about that. I'm a farmer and enthusiast of all things to do with animals and foraging! I might periodically talk about some fun-facts with it. Hoping to have some great fun here!
--------------
Any and all pronouns are okay to use! Mö is genderfluid and has no real preference on pronouns and gendered terms
Mö is unlabeled, and when it comes to pairings they're typically paired with Shane
This is a Stardew Valley farmer oc!
More info about them as a character can be found in my main blog @spacesapphi (ref and info here!) AND on my AO3 SapphiresStars . I also run @marnies--ranch !
My single boundary I ask that no one sends NSFW or flirtatious asks. I know it's fiction but I'm still uncomfy with it. Mod is an adult and in a relationship and won't respond to any asks like that
Hoping this will be fun! I'm using this as an exercise to be comfy with sharing my characters and talking to others :)
(also if I don't respond to an ask, feel free to resend, Tumblr eats them sometimes)
Also a little likes and dislikes chart bc it's pretty common here hehe
[ star bounds towards them, wrapping möhle in a tight, familial hug ]
are you doin' okay?
it's been a while, and it's nice to check up on your friends!
Starry! It's been way too long, I've missed you!
It's been alright here, just busy! Spring is coming up so that means I've got a lot of planning to do for the season.
I wouldn't mind takin' a break though, I've been needing something fun to do! You think maybe we could hang out soon? It'd give us a chance to catch up!

Red mushrooms, they're... Well there's a story to that.
When I was little I was good friends with Shane and Emily, we got up to lots of trouble. We found a huge patch of those things one day and Shane thought it was a REALLY good idea to dare me to eat some
I was in the clinic for days because I got so sick. Oh his aunt got MAD at him over it, I remember hearing that lecture she gave him. Got one from my own mom too
Even looking at those things makes me sick now. But... I think that experience helped! Grandpa got me my first foraging guide after that so I could identify safe foods in the forest! That's what sparked the hobby, really
Did you know a lot of people see topaz as a stone with healing and protective properties? Helps me feel safe, that's why I love keepin' them on me. It's actually what I have on my necklace too!
It has multiple pronunciations dependin' on who you ask. Some pronounce it as Moe-luh, some pronounce it Me-ue-luh, and I usually use the latter!
Not that I have a problem with the first one! I really don't mind either one all that much. Plenty of my friends call me Mo or Momo, and I think it's sweet!
.... And before anyone says anything.... I am... Aware that it's technically a last name. That's my fault, actually
When I was a kid my mom wanted me to feel as free and happy as possible, so I got to make a lot of important decisions for myself! I think I was about 7 when I was readin' a book and saw the name "Möhle" in it for the first time. I thought it sounded so cool, and asked if I could be called that instead! Mom said sure, but I don't think either of us realized it was a surname until I was much older
It's a bit embarrassin', but I embrace it! The name's unconventional, and I am too. It feels like me and that's what's important
Foraging Facts of the Day: Fiddlehead Fern Edition!
Fiddlehead ferns are curled fronds on very young and new ferns! They're pretty rare as you can only really harvest them in the Spring and very early Summer, so adding them to any dish is a delicacy!
There's many recipes out there for them. You can put them in soups, salads, risotto, just to name a few! Make sure to never eat them raw, though. That's an easy way to get sick! Make sure to cook them well enough that they're safe to eat, but still have that crunchy, snappy texture to them
There's plenty of health benefits that come with them, too! On top of being delicious, fiddleheads are packed with vitamins and have anti-inflammatory properties to them.
Keep in mind that not every fern is safe to eat!! The safest one to forage is from the Ostrich Fern, and they're fairly easy to identify! Their stem has a bit of a "u" shape, they're 1 inch in diameter, and often have a brown paper-like husk around the uncoiled parts.
Remember to do something for the local ecosystem if you go out to find some too! We need to take care of our planet as much as it takes care of us. Happy foraging!
HELLO MY FRIEND!! I’M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU HERE!!!!!
Here, take these! I found them foraging this morning :3
[you have received 3 crystal fruit]
-Dee🍮
Aww Dee! I'm super happy to see you here too!!
I LOVE crystal fruit too, how'd you know! You can make a really nice jam with them by the way, there's a ton of recipes with 'em in it! Forageables here are so versatile, you can do pretty much anything if you know what you're doing. Thank you for 'em!
Hello Möhle, I’m Juice. I have brought an egg as a temptation, for a future friendship. Star says you’re a friend. I don’t know what they say about me.
- @farmer-juice
Sweet!! Love gettin' good farm-fresh eggs. I'll make sure to cook somethin' with it later, thanks!
And you're a friend of Stars too, huh? Haven't heard too much about you, but I trust his judgement! A friend of his is a friend of mine. Here's to a future friendship!
Quick reintro to Möhle as a character since much has changed since I initially created their character!
Info under the cut bc there's quite a bit!

Möhle was born and raised in Pelican Town, so they actually knew quite a bit of the villagers upon moving back as an adult! They grew up on their grandpa's farm, living with him and their mom (their father has passed) and living on the farm was REALLY good for them as a kid.
Story pieces:
Möhle was a very wild child, loving to run around, go on adventures, bring home all kinds of animals and bugs to his mother's dismay. They were quite friendly too, making quick friends specifically with Emily and Shane.
When they were eleven, their grandpa died and her mom was unable to take care of the farm on her own anymore. She made the difficult decision to move the both of them to Zuzu city, which was a difficult adjustment. They had a hard time adjusting, got bullied quite a bit, and that wild child soon turned very quiet and mellow. This lasted to adulthood, leaving Möhle as a very quiet and calm individual.
When they were around 28, they got sick of their job in corporate at Joja, and finally looked at the gift their grandpa left upon his death, finding that the farm was in her name, and that he just needed to contact Lewis and get settled back in. They quit on the spot and ran home to get everything together, moving to the valley by the end of the week
A few fun facts as well:
- Möhle has a real knack for farming, it was like second nature when they moved back
- they believe in the supernatural, but the junimos scared the SHIT outta them
- Elliott is his cousin on their dad's side! Möhle is the one who suggested he move to the valley when he needed a change of pace, and they followed him soon after
- rain is their absolute favorite weather no matter the season. They go NUTS over a thunderstorm
- stayed in contact with Emily after she moved to the city. The two of them wrote letters back and forth often to keep each other updated on life
----------
When explaining their relationship with Shane, I think it's important to note that having history helps. They grew up in close proximity to each other, and Möhle's Grandpa and Marnie had an established business deal before he passed, meaning the families interacted very often. Back then, the two of them got along much better.
However, both of them have changed quite a bit in adulthood, being entirely different people than before. Seeing each other again was odd, and neither really knew how to handle it. Möhle still tried to be nice to him, but he kept rejecting their kindness, and it got frustrating after while
Eventually Shane warms up to them, but after becoming friends it takes a LONG WHILE for them to be comfortable liking each other, and even longer for them to admit it.
In the end they both help the other come out of their shell and go back to some kind of normalcy. Neither of them will truly be the same, but they're able to find a good middle ground between they people they were before their problems and after
