There is no actual, tangible reason why we allow people to starve, to be homeless, to suffer and die needlessly. Food is plentiful. Empty homes are plentiful. Medicine is plentiful. It’s hidden away behind constructs and we pretend those constructs mean something. There is an empty home and a homeless family, give them it. There is a sick child and common medicine to treat it, give it to them. There is a starving person and so much food wasted by corporations or hidden behind a dollar sign, feed them.

i have another hot take i think full grown adults who have to insert themselves into every media they consume and can’t enjoy things they can’t directly relate to are just deeply self obsessed but don’t think they’re capable of being self obsessed because of self esteem issues, when truthfully self hatred is a form of self obsession. being self centered doesn’t have to be narcissism, it can be severe self hatred too. it just means you think about yourself more than is healthy or normal. and i see that so fucking much on this website it actually is crazy

If I remember correctly, when Drusilla turned human Darla back into a vampire on AtS, she did bury Darla in a box of dirt after biting and draining her . So I could easily see her burying William as well, possibly even in a real grave. She seems to be a traditionalist.
