A breathtaking film; full of emotions, feelings, thoughts, pain and tears. Cory Michael Smith has always drawn my attention; his charisma, features and way of acting. But in this movie the condition was extraordinarily impressive. He, the cast and the whole atmosphere of the film have taken me away to days I’ve never been on. The 80’s, with all its nostalgia and spirituality. Its epidemical racism, discrimination, dictatorship and extremely conservative religious views as well. A man who knows that he’s dying sooner or later from what he suffers. He gave up everything, choosing only his warm roots. That film shows how much injustice is out there in life. I couldn’t help it but writing a review about it.
