Hello. I am alive! I'm fine! You sent me many Tumblr message, but I'm sorry I wasn't able to answer you. I didn't notice.

COVID-19 is causing a lot of trouble around the world. Are you all right? Japan is doing "stay home" too! Things are tough but I was very excited watching the new season of TCW! The bad batch is cool! So I made new charms. I'll commence the sale of those products at Etsy at the end of this month. Echo is also restock.

But The COVID-19 pandemic caused a significant reduction in transport performance of Japan Post. Therefore, transportation by the conventional method (airmail) is temporarily unavailable. No one knows if airmail will be resumption of operation at the end of this month. If airmail can't use, by sea mail (surface mail) is the only way. But shipping by sea mail costs 1800 JPY (About 17$) and it will take approximately 2 month for items to arrive. Or if by airmail of other company, shipping cost is 2750 JPY (About 26$) and it will take approximately 1-2 weeks for items to arrive. Even if which shipping method, the delivery may be delayed. It is unfortunate that I can't send soon to you.

I hope things get back to normal soon. We will get through this together!

Hello! I just had a question - does your order 66 digital comics version that is available on etsy the same thing as the paper copy?? Also I was also wondering if the digital download includes rex’s story as well?? Thank youu!

About the delivery delay

Hello. :) Have you received your item in safe? Some items I shipped at the beginning of the year doesn't seem to be arrived yet. The item seems to be stopped in your country, so I’m sorry but I can not be investigated. Would you please submit the investigation request from your local post office? The most common trouble in international mail is delay, but if the item is lost, the deposit is refunded to you and I can resend item to you. I'm sorry for your inconvenience but thank you for your cooperation. I am praying that it arrives safely.

This new book is a little heavy, so the usual delivery method has been changed from airmail to SAL. SAL is better price than airmail, but it's late for about a week. In accordance with that, I increased shipping method. Please select shipping method from EMS, SAL, and airmail.

And also The post office is not available from December 30 to January 3, so I will send it out January 4.
